I have gone to the Copacabana several years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. I went there last night were a party of four it was noisy as hell with little children running around and it seemed to me like they were making foods to take out before they were worried about their patrons that drove there. I won't make that mistake again I won't be going back!

I had a wonderful experience, a very nice customer service. The food was awesome and the prices are good! I like the design, walls have a representation of the Cuban culture, very nice. Thank you.
Food is great only problem is the wait i waited an hour for the wrong sandwich i ordered a bistec sandwich and got a cuban sandwich still ate it it was delicious but the hour wait for a sandwich was hard lol

Don't know what happened but they used to be good....I'm done with this place every time I called or go there they mess up my order is been over 4 times....n let me not forget that I called n made an order for pasteles she told me she will call me Monday is Wednesday n I still haven't heard anything n she saw me yesterday smh....?I order a sancocho n all it had was carrots n huge pieces of meat no other veggies n I told her no carrots....n this is the same person n I complain all I get is she's learning ok I understand that but when is she gonna learn...not cool 2 pay for food so it can be thrown away....I'm upset I can't load the pictures of the so called sancocho

Delicious. We enjoyed empanadas, sandwiches, rice, beans, and more. The beans were soooo good. If you are vegetarian get the red & black beans and a side of yellow rice. We will be back. I've been going to this restaurant for 15 years, through several owners, and they still make the best Cuban food in the area. The staff are very friendly and eager to please you. Very good food.
