Whoever was working the window Saturday morning was awesome! Everyone was so friendly but extra kudos to him! Food was awesome too, best dunkin I've ever been to. Really made my day better

Older lady at the register completely ignoring part of my wife’s order because the employee didn’t know what was in an iced turtle latte. Cashed out the whole order and I had to go back up like hey you left it off. Her response was it’s not a menu item…. The drink is made every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for my wife and now because this employee lacks the knowledge, it’s gets ignored and left off. I get you’re frustrated with your job but maybe that’s a you problem and not the customer’s problem. Do better and definitely educate yourself on your job!

Was completely ignored when trying to order inside. 3 people saw me and nothing was said! After another 5 minutes I heard one of the girls FINALLY say, "There's a customer up front". You wasted my entire lunch break.I'm letting everyone in my office know to avoid this location and will go to the other location down the street!

It’s really sad to say but this past month and a half the quality has gone down a significant amount. Unless specific people are working I don’t trust anyone to make my drinks or food because it’s always such a difference in quality. Today everything was messed up some way or another, not made how it usually is and I’m fed up.
