Normally service is great but recently not so much, i ordered four items off the mobile app and half of the order was wrong . My drink wasn't mixed right or had the whipped cream i asked for, and the croissant i ordered wasn't toasted like i asked either. Definitely sticking to the other locations now.

Went inside to get my mobile order when they were really busy with a line out the door, but the entire crew were extremely nice! Especially Mallie! She was killing it.. making so many drinks at one time and still had a smile on her face! This is our new fav Dunkin now ?

i go to dunkin almost every morning around 5:30 and even if i forget to order ahead they ALWAYS are as quick as possible to get me my order and they're only dunkin' donuts that gets my order right every single time. The employees are helpful while trying to save money as of using cupons on the app or paper if confused they always know the answer and keep their actions very professional when dealing with people who don't pick up as fast. every employee needs a reward in that place asap it's just outstanding service. thank you dunkin

They suck took them 3 times just to keep messing up my coffee
This is the worst dunkin location. I normally do not stop at this location because it is always dirty. This morning the staff was very rude, long line of people.. we get to the counter to order and the person tells us they don't do cold brew at this location.. checked the dunkin app for this location and they do make cold brew.. she did not try to accomodate us at all. They just built a new drive thru dunkin on mariner and spring hill dr I will just keep going to that one as they have never been rude to me or turned me away due to not wanting to make a cold brew coffee.

Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. Got home hot fudge on outside of container just a smeared on outside of cup. After eating it there was no hot fudge anywhere in either container. This has happened multiple times. There is a price difference between hot fudge sundae and just 3 scoops of ice cream. Nothing was said that they were out or anything. One time in there they had it but unit was not plugged in to heat up so could not get the hot fudge out. Might need new people and management since they can not get a simple order of hot fudge sundaes to come with yes the hot fudge.

Every time I go to the Dunkin Donuts in the gas station I order large frozen coffee with a shot of espresso.I would normally get it the correctly made. The last 3 time I have gotten this dark dark mess. What the heck is going on there!!! I’m tired of paying for something I can’t drink. That I can’t drink unless I lighten it up at home!!!Then it’s not frozen Ike it should be. PLEASE TRAIN UR NEW PPL CORRECTLY.

Today we waited in line so long (40 minutes) that the car behind us over heated and one of the stupidest workers there opened the cap to the radiator while the car was over heated and it blew hot water everywhere and the car started smoking!!!! the lady at the drive thru was so distracted she kept handing us straws over and over. We only got 2 coffees and she would keep giving us 2 straws until we finally just left having about 8 straws handed to us when we left. ???
