This place is awesome it has reasonable price sushi and the food is always fresh. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. On my opinion the best sushi in the county compare to all others in Hernando county based on food quality, consistency and price. Good value on their sushi party trays.

Sadly the worst sushi I've ever had. I got the Fuji roll delivered and it tasted like canned tuna / salmon. Only had a couple pieces before I threw the rest away. Taste was so weird and off.

17.75 for hibachi pick two chicken and shrimp and this was the meat portion (rations) the food is amazing here but overpriced for a pound of rice, veggies and a cup of meat. 2nd time trying and thought it would be different but same as last time so leaving a review.

The portions are very generous and deliciousI recently move to Spring Hill from Tampa and have been looking for a sushi/ hibachi place and have now found the best one in this area.The people are friendly and provide great service. The restaurant is very clean and well kept.I have eaten there about 5 times now and every time I’m there it is bustling with people eating and getting take out.

I read other reviews about freshness of food, they weren't kidding.Ordered avocado rolls, Philly rolls, beef fried rice, clear soup, and scallop hibachi dinner (3 people, not just for me haha)...cannot wait to order again. How this place got 4.5 stars is a mistery to me? I travelled 27 miles to get here and wouldn't walk across the street to eat here. I had the lunch tuna sushi roll, and samon sushi roll. There are no vegetables in the roll for any crunch. The samon and tuna are pureed or blended. It's mush rapped with seaweed paper and rice. You can see right thru the rice. I went back and ordered rock shrimp. It came covered in some gooey mayonnaise sauce which made the tempura on the shrimp all gummy. This seriously has to be the worst food I've ever ate.
Forgot to drop a review the last time I ate here, better late than never?My wife got the chicken hibachi and I had 3 specialty rolls for our last visit. Compared to the other 3 "sushi" places I've been to in the area, these guys are hands down the best. They also give you the whole roll and not just 6 small, lousy pieces.Will be having dinner from here tonight, hyped!

It's a little weird. Not really set up for a sit down sushi experience. More like a fast food order at a counter then wait kind of style. Sushi was fresh and tasted good but rolled really loose so rolls would fall apart when you tried to pick them up. Only corona light available for beer options.
