WOW!! After driving up and down looking for something different to eat i found Hillside Bites and let me tell you look no further. I was having a bad day and just from the welcome they give you once you stop there it will totally change your day for the best. Now the food.... on another level. Never tasted anything like it. This place makes legit AWESOME food. Seriously...Ive been hearing about it locally so i just stopped to see what the fuss is about. To be honest, there isnt enough fuss because I just was blown away at how awesome my sandwhich was. I ordered their "cowboy". What more can I say other than you have to try this place. The combo of flavors they put into this sandwhich is just so darn good. Ill stop now because youll get bored of me repeating myself. Oh...and im a picky S.O.B. and dont give 5 stars lightly. The owners are also awesome with sincere friendly and warm service.

FINALLY a food spot with some flava is spring hill! I ordered all 3 bowls and they were all ? but the Hawaiian bowl is my favorite! Cant wait to get another one and try out the rest of their menu. Everything was fresh, better than restaurant quality, delicious and affordable!! You're missing out if you haven't given them a try!

We were driving from Georgia to Tarpon springs pulling our camper and needed a place to pull over with great parking !!! We wanted something quick and tasty!!! we got the twisted Callie one on a bed of lettuce because I’m gluten-free and one on the delicious pressed bun ! We got the black eyed pea stew. ( thank goodness because we had not had our New Year’s black-eyed pea’s yet ) everything was delicious we will be back !!!
