Great service all the time reasonably priced and the food is very good with ample proportions! This is a takeout restaurant, so I'm beyond doesn't count

First time here and was disappointed. Pu pu platter- shrimp toast- chicken stick and ribs were terrible. No flavor and over cooked. The other items had little flavor. We had a few items that were deep fried way too long. All deep fried items were over cooked and tasted like old oil in fryer. Worst spare rib ever. The only flavor was from the uncleaned grill, burnt char. I had house special lo mein. It was ok but hardly anything added. We had chicken with mixed vegetables and beef with mixed vegetables and both orders were in exactly the same brown sauce and was bland. I always give a restaurant a second chance so I will try this place again. Maybe they had a bad night.I’m use to eating in the New England area and the restaurants were much better quality of food. When we went out for this type of food it was extremely flavorful and multiple different types of sauces. I have tried almost all the Chinese food places in the area and unfortunately they are a let down. Zero consistency. One week ok the next terrible. To the restaurant owners, charge more money if you need to but make a great product. We don’t mind paying for great food and service. If I want average food I’ll stay home and cook my own food. Take more time and cook to order. less precooking. I would much rather wait for awesome food.

I ordered wonton soup which tasted like pure salt, disgusting. I also ordered a combo and asked for pork fried rice, no pork in my rice and the rice was raw and crunchy. Will NOT be returning. I gave one star because I had to.

Got the chicken with garlic sauce. It's quite delicious ? Will have to try the wonton soup next time. Oh and the eggroll is pipin' hot & delicious. I also like that I can customize the spicy level. Will be

Where do I start? This was a $52 meal for 3 people that I was cheated on. First steamed dumplings that tasted so foul I literally thought I ate my yellow dish sponge with the green scrubby side. Next was a soggy egg roll, once I choked that down I had chicken on a stick which was second best thing after the fried wonton for my soup. Now I mite be better if I could get beef on the stick that was on the menu but unavailable to order. I then was baffled how a Chinese restaurant couldn't cook rice it was under done and crunchy. So maybe they could cook noodles? No mushy with salad shrimps in it very poor quality. Last but surely least was egg drop soup that neither taste like chicken or egg it was as tastless as nursing home soup. I know not to want chinese on Monday as Kirin is closed. Unless your life insurance is current don't eat here.

i usually dont leave reviews, but this place isnt getting the credit it deserves. i work nearby and usually just go to publix, but ive seen this place a few times and wondered. i look at the reviews to see a lot of negative things being said about the food etc... almost didnt get it, but then decided to give it a try, why not. the seasame chicken lunch special i got was delicious, consistently cripsy all the way through on the crust, sauce was delicious, rice was way better than the reviews say. id say, give it a try yourself, dont trust the negative reviews. portion size was a bit smaller, but still filling. more of a medium sized lunch special.

I ordered a chicken lunch special. After payibv, I noticed that neither of the two cooks were wearing hair nets. The meal came out several minutes later. I began eating, only to find a two-inch hair follicle in my food. Being the reasonable person that I am, I politely waited until a pair of customers had left the restaurant and brought this to the attention of the server/clerk. I asked him to make the plate again, and he apologetically conceded.Several minutes later, I receieved my new plate. I began eating once again and found yet another hair follicle in my food. The clerk/server watched as I took the new plate and dumped it into the trash receptacle, as my appetite had then expired. I informed him that there was another hair, he should have the cooks wear hairnets, and enunciated my disgust before leaving. What's that saying? "Fool me once..."

Miss the old owners their food was spot on always fresh! these new owners suck, but their son or the young man is so nice. I ordered sweet n sour shrimp and when my wife returned home, we started eating and all my sweet and sour shrimp breading was raw inside I have a picture of it , took it back up there immediately the boy showed the cook the raw breading and he was yelling in Chinese some bullshit whatever, The boy came back and returned the money back to me. Poor kid he was so apologetic I felt bad for him. Kept telling him that it's ok it's not his fault. It's always a screw up with my orders and I'm done with this dump! And he's yelling at the kid but a coward won't come to the counter and deal with his customer who's order he screwed up. Panda Express is so much better with great customer service and respect. Hope they build one here soon.

Ordered food there last night since our normal place and even secondary place is closed on Mondays. Worse Chinese food ever. Soggy fried rice that tasted bad tiny, tiny shrimp. Worst chicken Mai fun I have ever had and the curry chicken was just Average. Won't be ordering here ever again. Completely gross.

Horrible service and my food was undercooked and cold. Got laughed at for not knowing what an item was, very scrutinizing.Wheelchair accessibility: Not available to people who are in wheel chairs, very hard to get into as there's a stump in the way and was difficult to wheel my father in, when I walked in finally after struggling for so long, they smirked and giggled; felt really judged.
