What a refreshing experience coming here today, it’s not everyday these days you receive Quality customer service especially with a smile and and kindness most of the time you go to a fast food restaurant they get irritated and they’re just plain rude to you but today my experience with Chris was unforgettable he was kind had a smile patient apologetic for the weight it genuinely was an amazing experience I will be sure to come back when I am up this way in the future and I would even drive just for that service as long as Chris was working thank you Chris for making our experience pleasant and cheerful you put a smile on my face

Was wanting to order the current "nationally" advertised $10.00 Shrimp Share. Only to be told it was $12.00 because they were a franchise location. I do not feel this to be fair. Not the cashier's, or the managers fault. But note to franchise owner. What would of been better, a $10.00 sale or a $0.00 dollar sale? No profit margin in a $0.00 dollar sale.

Very rude window person, was the first customer of the day and she already had an attitude. I know everybody has a bad day but remember who pays your paycheck. It's the customers. Food portions have come down quite a bit. Quality of the food was okay.

Ordered 12 fish fillets only and only received 9. I did not think I needed to count them. There was a customer there that stated she didn't mind to wait as long as her order was correct so I'm assuming this is an ongoing thing with this location.

Chicken was thinner than I remember it being. Milk shake was alright, nothing to write home about. Just like everything else it is becoming more and more profit orientated. And less welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I love this place normally but such a bad experience the manager was soooo rude . Im am a 57 working in banking fir over 20 yrs. I had a problem with an online order after being charged the 27. Dollars and change which I showed him proof. Was told by him not his problem I had to deal with corpate and bank and walked in the back!!! The Yong gentleman up front was nice and tried to help along with the young lady the were awsome, had to spend more money to get something to eat. Was not feeling well was hoping this was going to be a quick trip but... I can't belive the gentleman that was suppose to be the manager was so rude amd was even rude talking to his own employees. But thank you to at least the cashier that was diplomatic thru all make he should be a Manger in traing! The food was still good by the way. Needs a better Manger
