Regularly order from this marcos and the pizza is always great. Tried the Philly bowl for the first time tonight and was very disappointed. Look how little food this is! Called the store, and they just said this is how it comes, and they were also out of an ingredient tonight. It tastes great, but this is definitely not the 2 serving meal i thought i was receiving. Thought they could do something since I didn't know ordering that they were missing ingredients, but they didn't really care.I heavily recommend sticking to the pizza here as I've also tried the wings, and the chicken was so gross I threw it away, and the cinnasquares have the most processed fake tasting icing I've ever had.Fantastic pizza though.

Today we ordered for the 2nd time thin crust pepperoni n sausage pizza. Marco's does a great job. The crust is perfect, meats not greasy. Perfect amount of cheese. the sauce was very tasty too! I also ordered an Italian salad which was very good. The counter person was very pleasan. YES! we will go back again.

I got an extra cheese pizza with garlic crust and light sauce. The flavor in the crust "is" there, but difficult to notice. It is firm enough that it won't droop under the weight of extra cheese, but also not crunchy so it doesn't distract from the experience. The light sauce was mildly tangy, which is much better suited to pizza, in my opinion, than the fruity sauce on Sea World pizza.I had mozzarella as the only type of cheese used, and it was fantastic. Delivered fresh, the cheese was still slightly dripping as one slice is removed for the plate. I highly recommend building your own pizza with Marco's, as I prefer this to the recommended default cheese pizza offered.

Ordered the White Cheesey last night from the Commercial Way location. First time customer & I am sold! I work at an ALF... some of my residents wanted a slice but, we had to look at it for a bit.... sounds crazy but the pizza was beautiful to look at. So, I got 2 slices & the rest went to my peeps...it tasted as good as it looked. This is my 3rd or 4th review for anything. Plus, Rosaria, the delivery person was so pleasant after driving in that crazy rain!

We ordered five pizzas and even though they were on special, they never told us and rang us up for the regular price. We spent $60 on a large 1299 pizza and three small pizzas one veggie the other two were cheese when I called the manager. He started getting belligerent with me and I explain to him I was not a kid. I am a grown man. He needs to talk to me like once he told me never mind. I’m done with you and hung up on me. I then tried to call back and explain to him. I’m recording this call for his in my own safety. He’s an again said he doesn’t allow recordings and hung up again. I then proceeded to call him back and he said I’ve dealt with a holes like you before I’m done with you and I explain to him I wasn’t yelling, raising my voice or swearing at him. He didn’t need to do it to me then again, he hung up.

I used to order from this Marco's at least once every two weeks when I lived in their delivery area. I was visiting my parents and we ordered. It was Mothers Day so delivery was estimated at about 1.5 hours. Did I say, it was Mothers Day? So thank you to them for working that day - we opted to pick it up - which meant it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was ready on time and the order was spot on. Thanks Marco's staff, you've always done a great job.

I order from there a lot but the last time I ordered i asked for Italian sausage and they told me they were out but could do old world sausage. I said sure. Pizza came and it was old world pepperoni. My problem is i can't eat pepperoni. I didn't complain because my wife likes it and i has ordered a sub. I call in today and the manager Jeff answers i tell him what happened and that i really want to try an old world sausage. I also added a cheese steak sub with just meat and cheese. He repeats my order and i agree. The driver shows up with 2 pizzas. I tell him that's wrong and I want to cancel my order. He was in my driveway on hold for 10 mins. After joking around with the driver i told him to get going as I'm sure he has more to deliver and i would call. I call tell the store i want a refund and Jeff the manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that i ordered it wrong that he confirmed pizza for the cheese steak. I tell him no he did not and he gets rude and starts arguing with me. Tells me if i have a problem to come to the store and we can "handle" it. After what amounts to a 10 min argument I'm getting a refund by mid next week. The food is good and the drivers have all been polite but I will not deal with a manager being so unprofessional and threatening to "handle" the situation.
