Horrible UI experience when ordering. Also this is my first order to this location and the order was wrong. It feels like no one's actually reading the ingredients… they actually asked me to return the pizza to get a new pizza (they didn't even take it).Also contactless delivery does not exist yet still available on their app and website.

Although the staff and delivery driver are all very nice, I wasn't thrilled with my order. I asked for an x-lg pepperoni pizza with garlic sauce crust and EXTRA cheese.Could not taste any garlic at all, pizza was swimming in sauce (some may like that I know) and 2 slices were only covered 1/2 way with cheese. I did call them to let them know, and was told I'd get a $5 credit next time, and that they did put garlic sauce on pizza, but it must not have been to my liking. Huh?This is only the 2nd time I ordered from them, the 1st time was great. Not sure if I'll order from them again as I see others were told they'd make it right the next time, and according to reviews,some never got it " made right".P.s.I don't have fb or Twitter, so don't respond by asking me to send a private message.

We were on our way home and went in to order a pizza never a lot of people in there only one table with customers and only one employee working ? She finally took our order and I noticed a male and a female from a possibly delivery how many people does it take to deliver a pizza female right away got behind the counter and started helping well the male sat down and started playing with his phone no sense of urgency here .

I LOVE marcos pizza. Let's start with the service... everyone is always so cheerful and considerate of our day prior to taking an order. They know everyone on a first name basis and if not the name, then there order. The restaurant is so clean (dining room and there open floor kitchen). I have never had a bad experience at Marco's and I would recommend this family owned pizza chain to everyone!!! Marco's Pizza is a MUST try!!!

Failed to get my simple order correct. Bread was tasty. Ordered a steak and cheese sub with bacon only and failed 2 time to get it correct. If I had a allergy to mushrooms I would be dead rn.

This location is awful. We have ordered from there 3 times now and every time they either forget something or the pizzas are made incorrectly. While the manager was nice this time, he refused to remake my pizzas and deliver them because "all of my drivers are too busy right now." But he did offer a credit- a $7 credit for a $30 messed up order and missing items. It wasn't just 1 incorrectly made pizza, but 2 this time, along with 2 missing garlic cups and I was offered $7? And the last time I was offered a credit over the phone for the screwed up pizza and forgotten 2 liter- when we called to place an order a few weeks later they had no clue what I was even talking about and said no credit was showing on my acct and refused to give the $13 discount to us. So doubt we even see that $7 back anyways.. Not trying to be a Karen or looking for a handout but we work hard for our money, just as everyone else does, and when we pay for food, we expect it to be made correctly. Or at least REMADE correctly. Esp when you have children to feed.. We will not order from this location again..
