Ordered through DoorDash. Got my daughter food and ordered a medium hot chocolate and 2 apple pies. The food came and there was no apple pies or hot chocolate. Instead they gave me a kids chocolate milk. So my fiancé goes to the McDonald’s with the receipt and the chocolate milk. They told him they were out of hot chocolate so the manager said to give a chocolate milk instead. In what world is that equivalent? As for the apple pies? Well they only had one so decided not to give us any. I guess these places figure if you order through DoorDash that they can get away with not giving customers what they order and pay for because the customer will just complain to DoorDash and get their money back and the restaurant you order from gets no repercussions.

If I had my way I would never step into a McDonald's other than for a Big Mac but unfortunately my 9 year old kid loves their chicken nuggets so what can you do? But they've gone crazy with their prices. Do you realize that originally a Big Mac was 45 cents, a hamburger french fries and a small Coke we're all 15 cents a piece so you could feed a family of four for under$2.00It seems to me that McDonald's has jacked up their prices in protest to the $15 an hour minimum wage where all they got to do is knock 10% off their profits if that, but no they won't do that. If I never step foot in another McDonald's again it wouldn't bother me

We were trying to use our app in drive thru and i had a code for 15% off. when my app said "Got it! We got your code" lady on the mic said "ur code isn't valid" then i said we can scan the code at the window and she responded with "we don't have the scanner." RUDE. .... i ordered a kid mean 6 piece nugget with double fry and we only got 1 fry. the lid to our shamrock mcflurry was NOT on at all and completely OVERFLOWING. NO conversation at all. this generation is LAZY and companies need to start noticing and hiring people who APPRECIATE the opportunity to even have a job and have income.Kid-friendliness: great meal options for kids.

Did a mobile order waiting in line for 30 minutes and a mgr told me I can either cancel my order and go somewhere else for food or wait for my food there is no refund. Wow! Just Wow!
