I've order the same pizza 3 times through door dash and it has been wrong every time. I called to tell them that it has been wrong 3 times now and someone there told me to contact door dash but door dash has nothing to do with the making of the pizza. papa John does. Thank goodness door dash gave us our money back but papa johns lost a customer that gets their pizza weekly.

Pizza is always consistent. I usually pick up the pizza myself because the special is $11. Once delivery is introduced, the price doubles and it gets almost prohibitively expensive for two people. So, it's close, consistent and a good price depending on what one orders.

I'd give a negative 30 if I could. Asked to pay for additional toppings on my pizza order and was told they aren't allowed. Really? A business that doesn't want to make more money... This explains why their ratings are so low across all review sites. Asked for a manager and was told none on site. Must be nice to have a business that runs all by itself. Now you know why they're a bunch of fly by night stores in a shopping center. They'd never make it past month 2 in a real setting. Take your own chances, I'll never order from them or recommend to anyone. You've been warned.

If it was zero stars, I would put zero. I called to place an order. I was transferred to a call center no problem except they couldn’t hear me and there was a lack of communication so I called back and said I want to speak directly to the store to place an order. Called the store and said I would like to place an order was put on hold for over 25 minutes. When I finally arrive to the store, I told them I’m on hold still because you put me on hold because I wanted to place an order. She said it’s OK. I want to take your order now I said no I wanted to place the order over the phone so it would be ready by the time I got here. She said “we don’t take over the orders over the phone” & looked at me as if I had 3 heads. How is this even a thing? Why is it not possible to place an order over the phone? Ridiculous! I turned around walked out.*No, all three employees were standing around, doing nothing when I walked in. So she purposely pur me on hold and kept me on hold so she didn’t have to take My Order!

Delivery on time and hot. However very very light toppings! 3 little pineapple pieces on the entire pizza... No flavor very disappointed. 1st time I have ordered from this location and will be last. $70 in pizza and extras we are 1 piece each and drank the soda...

Like what???So don't make the pizza how I like!? How crazy is that! I canceled the order and Papa John's just lost a customer for life. Now you have one less customer to worry about having issues. #papajohnblows
Tried to get their new spicy garlic stuffed crust pizza absolutely awful asked for it to be well done and also tried to make it a little more crispy by throwing it in the air fryer. It is literally like a noodle the meat doesn’t have a very good taste at all in the wings that we ordered well I obviously seen the previous reviews before I made this one and mine looked exactly the same and we’re just absolutely awful as well Wouldn’t really recommend ordering food from here they clearly don’t care about their quality of food at this location!! DO BETTER PAPA JOHNS ?

The order was for pizza and boneless wings. The picture on the website or advertised doesn't look like this and I've had the boneless wings from here before and not looked like chicken nuggets from Burger King and a packet of sauce dumped on. Do you have someone watching saying one pass with the sauce and move on, no time to make it look, idk, appetizing.The pizza is always good.Also the parking lot is small. Nextdoor is a bank that is closed after 5 so plenty of parking there. However I find I have to park in the bank lot because all the delivery drivers are parked at the front of the store. How do I know it's delivery drivers? Could be the big sign on top of the car ?.Maybe Papa John's wants a new slogan, pizza so good you want to walk past our cars to get it.Please fix this. I'm paying to walk to get my food in the 900 degree heat. Or maybe have your driver stand outside wait for us, come get our name , run back in and come bring us our pizza.
