Mushrooms and peppers weren't cooked. It seems there is little consistency in their foods. We've eaten there for years, going back to original owners, and our food was very disappointing. Meat was tough, chewy, and tasteless. Do better.The newish dining room was a nice touch, but the food was so-so at best.

The sandwiches were good. Tried to order by phone on the way, but was put on hold for so long. The only staff on site were teenagers, which I believe everyone has to start somewhere, I feel there should have been more training before leaving the control of the store. They were overwhelmed and confused. Ultimately tho, they made a good sandwich

I was looking for a place open on a Sunday and found these guys. I ordered a cheese steak and chicken cheese steak. I was impressed with amount of meat on the subs! The prices are affordable and we couldn't finish the whole sub so we get another meal out of it! We look forward to going again!

Called in to order, and the young lady had a huge attitude. I asked for two subs, gives gives me a price and tries to hang up without even asking how I want the order made. When I asked why she wouldn't ask how I wanted my order, she laughed then hung up. Oh well, I'll just spend.my.money elsewhere.

We walked in on a Monday, not knowing the place was closed for remodeling, and the owner served us anyway because we rode for 45 mins to try these cheese steaks. The food was extremely good! The owner was friendly, and he sold my friend a piece of Nolan Ryan memorabilia off the wall of the restaurant. If you want a cheese steak, go here for sure

Absolutely sucked, do not order from this place, ordered 75$ worth of food which most of it went to the trash! Chicken tinders were severely over cooked you could break a window out with it, fries were soggy, quesadilla was soggy swimming in grease. Cheesestakes sucked didn’t have flavor it tasted like the boiled the meat and threw it in the bun. Called and staff seemed like she didn’t care for 75$ you think they would have seemed to care a little bit. It was so bad my dog licked it and walked away and didn’t even eat it! Sad sad sad i would never order from this place again! If you want a good cheese steak do to Richie’s the place i should have gone too, please see attached are the pictures of the food i just got home with… even food is sad. The lady who took the phone call was beyond rude!

Thought I’ll try them since I was in the area. Today I thought I’ll go light and order a chicken Philly this is the worse I’ve had. The chicken was not thinly shaved it was actually shredded chicken. The only thing was good was the bread and fries. I’m not sure if this is the original owners of Philly’s Best but I really doubt that. $17 later never again I drive down the road to Richie’s first.
