To make a long story short we used to love this location until we found out how my daughter was treated as an employee here. Being new and winning a pizza making contest against others who have been there forever was an amazing accomplishment. Sounds great up until you hear how management actually treats their employees. When you’re a manager you would assume your duties would be to help out in every aspect. This locations managers takes cooks who are closers and makes them literally do everything while they sit back and do absolutely nothing. They are on their phones and so forth avoiding being leaders in helping the closer. My daughter went above and beyond in this location as well as put up with this irresponsible behavior from management and finally had enough. This location needs work as well as needs to remind their managers that there is more to being a manager then standing around and having everyone around you do the work for you while you do absolutely nothing. Being in the business and having multiple companies it’s my job to help out in every aspect I can to accommodate each of our businesses. My advise is this, today is so hard to find employees that want to work let alone come to work so you want to make sure you take care of them so they take care of you. Don’t sit back and assume your managers are doing their full detailed duties on top of helping their team. There is a reason why the positions here are always open as well as orders are being delivered late to customers. I am simply writing this to show who maybe in charge of this location what in-fact is really going on. My daughter loved this place and working here and it was simply a sad situation all around in the end of her employment here. Regards Mike

Overall just a bad experience here we ordered the big box and when we got it the lady at the counter tried to charge us for a packet of blue cheese that she even admitted was supposed to come with the box saying inventory purposes then when we got home we noticed the pizza was burnt and the wings were plain when I ordered buffalo. Never come here it’s not worth the headache and the aggravation to get burnt food and one little sauce packet for 8 wings

The food I’ve had delivered from the Mariner Boulevard location has won me back over to Pizza Hut. The pizza and breadsticks are excellent and still hot when they are delivered.

The pizza i ordered was great. Pizza huts super supreme is always good but we ordered 2 orders of different flavor wings but were served boneless wings. Not at all what i wanted or ordered. I then was told "we make what was ordered." I showed them my app receipt and the order was not fixed. I might return to a pizza hut but not that location and never again for wings.

I can only speak of the pizza and service which is excellent! I visit here about once a week to get a personal pan pizza. Oh, my son had the wings once and liked them. :)Shout out to the manager Patty! She is always professional, kind, and greets with a smile. I went in one Friday evening and it was very busy and the kitchen was full. I could see and hear Patty working and running the show like a boss! My pizza was made on time and delicious. ?
workers are very nice i only really order cinnamon rolls from here they are very good they put lots of frosting. i love cinnamon rolls. When im sad i just order cinnamon rolls and im happy.

The lady at the register on 8/31/23 about 3pm has a real rude n nasty attitude. I was going to leave a tip but the attitude needs to be adjusted. You don't like ur job just quit. It's that easy lady.

I love this branch of Pizza Hut on Mariner. The store is always clean and the staff always seem happy. I’m there at least once a week. Oh and the food is great.
