Decided to take my wife and friends that we haven't seen in over 10 years to Red Lobster and we had a wonderful server named Vanessa! From start to finish she exceeded are expectations. She helped my mom crack her lobster who is 85 and helped my wife decide between the food options she wanhed. Food was excellent and very fast service! We will be back!

Everything was beautiful, love the Server, but but the advertising did not match with what supposed to be. Taste head to lobster, tails shrimp. But you pay for it. When you walk out of there, with $260 bill.It's not a lobster. Fish, it's a rip-of And that was for 2 people. I'm sorry. I like red lobster, but that was something I did not understood.

Only 10people I the whole place and it took 27 minutes to get a drink, not good at all,the waitress vanished and barely checked on us,and 1hr and 15min later when food came out the porshins were small for the price we paid for each dinner,that n that's not worth to return back nor recommend to family and friends.

Every year we celebrate our anniversary by going to the Red Lobster in Spring Hill during Lobsterfest. We recently celebrated our 52nd and had the most wonderful Lobster dinner. We started with the Lobster & crab dip which was awsome and for the main course my wife had 2 rock Lobster tails and I had the 1 rock & 1 Maine tails. I had the bacon Mac & cheese which was the best I've ever had. My wife had the Lobster loaded baked potato, and the cheddar bay biscuits were better than ever. The service was exceptional ! They gave us a complementary desert, and We couldn't believe it when our waitress presented us with a anniversary card signed by all the employees. Best dining experience we've had since last year.

The waitress spilled my husband's entire drink on him and never said or did anything. He had to ask for a napkin to clean himself off. There were 2 supervisors working that evening and neither one of them came to the table and to make everything worse.... the waitress charged us for the drink she spilled! Also my husband was looking forward to the 2 lobster tail meal for lobsterfest and they were put of the Caribbean libster tails. How does "Red Lobster" run out of lobster??
