Consistently gets the order wrong (not over complicated) after trying again multiple times. Management refuses to compensate failed orders and want me to drive back food to prive it wasn't made right. We decided to stop getting food from them after checking other people's reviews and finding g a photo of their food with a roach in it.

First time here and lunch was great. I had 1 order of tuna sashimi and one oder of salmon sashimi "Al A Cart". The cut of fish was thick and fresh and displayed very nice .I also got 1 special roll called First Kiss Roll and it was huge and tasted amazing, try the roll if you go to this restaurant. Service was great ,as they always were checking if I need something. Very nice people that work here .Luch time was 50% full and I was seated immediately. My new go to for Sushi!!!

Yep. That’s a roach in my takeout.I love the sushi from Sakura and have eaten in restaurant many times. This time I found a dead bug in my takeout container. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager who not only refused to refund me, but belittled me, was incredibly rude and sarcastic and overall had terrible costumer service. I was very patient over the phone and was simply asking for a refund since I was unable to eat the food, they refused to believe me so I offered to send a photo. He called me names and sarcastically offered to “call the police for me”.I’ll be reporting this to the FDH because ew.

Spent $80 terrible on sushi for 2 delivered chopped up fake crabmeat in place of tuna ? old dried out sashimi warm totally gross extra soy souce gave us 2 lol would not compensate us in any way told us to drive food back to restaurant we all tried some touched it .breathed on it what he was going to give it to others ... best thing about this place nothing nothing but the delivery girl who doesn't work there

The sushi was excellent, it was my second visit. Ordered the same thing and was exactly as the first. I wanted to try the Chinese food but couldn't resist the sushi. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were delicious. the lunch prices are very reasonable.

I found this little gem here on yelp while passing through town. We had lunch but I ordered enough food for us to take a doggy bag home and I wanted to try several things anyway. The restaurant has a nice ambiance but the tile floors are a bit slippery! We started out with seafood soup. I had a Sichuan version while my wife had plain which was an egg drop base. Plenty of seafood in each bowl. I would recommend it. Next we had a sushi spider roll which was soft shell crab tempura. Beautifully served and delicious. Our entrees were Mongolian shrimp and I had the general tso chicken. I wish my dish was hotter as general tso usually is. But this was more like orange chicken. Still, very tasty and the egg rolls were on point. Crispy outside and crunchy inside. One of the best I've had. Easy parking in a strip mall and clean bathrooms too. What more could you ask for in a restaurant. Now I'm going to go finish my doggy bag. See ya!

I eat only asian food and find their food top grade for my taste. Prices are good and I order food every 4 days from them. Staff is superbe and friendly. enjoy what time I spend their.

Came here for dinner on 2/11 around 4-ish. This used to be our go to for a great meal and casual dinning, however, the past few visits we've noticed a deterioration of quality that has become the norm for which we no longer want to dine here and can not recommend it anymore to any of our family/friends.2nd visit in 2 weeks, we visited again hoping for better but presented with worse. Was not greeted upon entry as if we were intruding upon their business. The inside felt oddly uninviting where once it was a peaceful enjoyable experience.The crispy noodles were off color, the oil was old and tasted as such. This was an ongoing issue as the week prior the same thing happened. The portions have gotten smaller, the quality lessened. No consistency to portion control as evidenced by the same meal being ordered 2 weeks apart with varying differences. My boneless pork ribs were mostly knobby fatty bits that weren't cut properly. The rice has taken a turn for the worse now tasting old and off as if, the oil used had turned bad. The egg rolls tasted freezer burnt and old, the filling oddly tart as if it had been bad weeks prior, did not finish. What once had been a desirable place to eat has now turned into a stomach churning excursion into missed work and intestinal issues all because someone had decided to cut corners, use old ingredients to save a dollar.The wait staff was, as they normally are, the one shining example of customer oriented service throughout this continuing bleak experience. As once regulars, we've been blessed with nearly everyone who has ever worked as a server here and each time, without fail, they have been above and beyond attentive and a pleasure.With that being said, the problem appears to stem either from poor management or lackluster kitchen staff bringing down the whole grade as anyone with a slight working knowledge of restaurant procedures/food prep/and management would have tossed the bad oil and ensured every plate leaving the kitchen was up to par not ignore everything. Disappointing to see it spiraling into a place to avoid but if it continues it probably won't be long before the open signage is permanently set to closed. For now, choose somewhere else and avoid the possible regret.

Second time eating here and can't say enough about the sushi and food selection. A little disappointed in their combination Lo mein, however everything else was amazing. Coconut Sake was so so good too. Definitely coming back.

We were regular customers for 2+ years. Tonight we ordered 3 dinners for delivery, only to have 2 arrive. I had to show the driver my order for 3 meals instead of 2, so he agreed to go back to get the third. I paid him for them, but was terribly disappointed with the meals...swolen rice, mushy meats...so I called. I was greeted with an angry Asian man telling me to bring all my food to the restaurant for a 10% discount on my next order. I argued that I was being punished for THEIR mistake, and then asked for my money back, at which point I was told walmart doesn't take back partially used stuff so neither do they.After no less than 20 orders in the last 12-18 months, this is very disappointing. Just be careful...if they make a mistake (which we ALL do) they will berate you and blame YOU for the issue.Sad.
