the worst sub I have had from Subway. Ordered from this location by mistake on the app. If it wasn't for the wrapper you would never believe it was a subway sub. Complete waste of money!

Ridiculous amount of pepper dumped on my sandwich to the point I had to pull off the veggies and cheese. I even mentioned to the sandwich maker that I was looking to get something real plain cuz I had heartburn.$14 for a sandwich and a water when I couldn't even tolerate eating it is disappointing.

I have ordered via the APP on more than one occassion and EVERY SINGLE TIME I add special instructions and EVERY SINGLE TIME they screw up my order (THEY NEVER READ THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS) Today I ordered online and put my special instructions in ALL CAPS. MY daughter went to pick up our subs and AS USUAL they did not read the instructions. When the girl tried to tell my daughter what the order was via the APP my daughter CLEARLY pointed out the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS IN ALL CAPS ON THE TOP OF THE RECEIPT" (I also tried calling the store to make sure they get my order right, the phone just rand, and when they finally picked up the girl was new and had to ask her manager what I was talking about and the maanger could not come to the phone- needless to say when I asked her another question she said "hold on let me ask my manager" and then hung up on me. when I called back no answer GO FIGURE!!) I NEVER have this problem with any of the other Subways just the one on Mariner. I will take my business to another Subways moving forward. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
