Wed night 2/7 around 6pm. Two guys working the prep line were arguing intensely. Lots of profanity and ugliness. All this in front of 5 customers waiting in line and 2 Door Dash drivers waiting on orders. As a driver, time is money and I wont be taking any more Subway orders for Door Dash as this cost me 15 minutes. Store owner needs to clean up this crew and teach some decency and customer service.

I made an online order from this location for the first time today. I usually go to another one nearby but this one is closer and I thought I’d give it a shot. It came in a timely manner. However, the order was wrong. $25 down the drain. Extremely disappointed.

Had my 1st HORRIBLE experience last night with the Assistant Manager Jasmine after patronizing this restaurant since the mid 2000s. The level of professionalism was below a 1 star. A not so good experience was made absolutely horrible by her lack of concern, lackluster attitude and complete disregard for a very long term customer's online order being completely lost and paid for by the way. Not to mention she didn't even know the address of the restaurant she so called assists in managing. Honestly, I know children with better Customer Service skills. I will be filing a Corporate complaint because her complete disregard for problem solving led to what could have been a danger for an 86 yr old sent on a wild goose chase to 4 Subways after dark between the hours of 9pm-10pm. Only to be continually told your order isn't here.

Clean, spacious location. They had really good veggie patties. Tuna sub was also delicious. Lady behind the counter is lovely.

First time visiting. Moved the down the street. So many bad restaurants and service in the area. Refreshing to have two young people provide patient detailed service in making the food. Tried the No Bready Bowls...good deal. Will make this a go-to place.

Horrible customer service. Ordered food on the app, my card was charged and the app stated the food was ordered and paid for. Restaurant “manager” states that they didn’t receive the order because their system has been having issues and that I would need to pay for the order again. They also refused to honor the online special of BOGO and wanted to pay full price. Horrible management that doesn’t know how to take care of customers. Left me waiting around for over 30 minutes and refused to do anything to fix the situation even though, in their words, they are having problems with the system.

Ordered online, received an alert 20 minutes later order was ready. Showed up 20 minutes AFTER that. Food was not ready. Asked if they had removed it for us being late, the woman copped an attitude and said take a look at the line I’ve been a little too busy to make your food.Left without the food. Never received it. Contacted corporate for a refund. They refused. The local franchise owner sent a bs apology email, asked them for a refund, she refused as well.So spent $15 to get an attitude instead of a sandwich and the franchise owner is clearly a crook. Which would explain why the employees hate their jobs so much because they’re likely overworked and underpaid.Definitely won’t be back
