The kiosk broke right after we paid for our order. The staff was on it before we even knew there was a problem. I was very impressed with how much attention they paid to us and how fast they got our food out.
I have never write a bad review but it’s sad to see how I went from loving this Taco Bell place to not wanting go back, it’s close to my job and recently they don’t get my order right, they missing items, yesterday I missed my break because my order was sitting there and no one knew, when I got my food the hard taco was soggy and cold, almost not good to eat it, and a month ago a went at night and customer service was awful she didn’t want to take my order claim to use self service even when I told her I was paying in cash she didn’t care sad that this Taco Bell is becoming the worst…

This place is dirty and the people who are employed here are here for a reason. They couldn't put together a burrito without making a mistake if someone else made it. I would frequent this place and they NEVER get the order correct. I'll never go

This Taco Bell absolutely requires you to use a kiosk to purchase your meal. Because of this, I will not return. The food was good, the service was slow and the staff were not very helpful.
I went through the drive thru the other day with my daughter and the girl taking our order was very rude. She rolled her eyes when I dropped my straw and got the drink all over my arm and when we asked for a drink carrier she rolled her eyes once again and said that there was none which I understand but there was no reason to roll your eyes. Honestly poor service and very disappointed. The girl taking my order was blondeish with glasses I believe. Will definitely not be taking my children back to this location.
Picky order was correct but refried beans were not as fresh as they should have been. Employees were friendly and helpful even at 5 minutes before closing... almost 2am. Thank goodness they were still open!
