Horrible drive through exp. Tried ordering in the drive through but the oder peraon didnt know the menu and got confused. Ordered on the app and went in.. still forgot the queso and chips. Unreal.

The machine to make the freezes apparently is down and awaiting a part I was told cost $3000 to repair and it’s not being repaired And was told not expected to be repaired why is that?

I want to give Taco Bell more stars because I do like their food and Most of the employees are great and helpful. But I have a love/hate relationship with them. Sometimes they are right on point and then other times not so much. I'll just leave it at that. But I will say that this doesn't stop me from going back, as I absolutely love their frozen drinks. I especially love their frozen Baja Blast. Xoxoxoxo
Most Employees there, especially, the manager, that usually comes around are very rude and carry themselves with unacceptable behavior. And, behave like bullies, especially, against poor people that come to use the bathroom, get free water and, try to rest temporarily from the heat. Very shameful, and wouldn't recommend coming to this particular restaurant, until, they choose to improve themselves.Vegetarian options: Not really a lot of options of Vegan meals, to be honest. Mainly, for those that are vegetarian.

It was quiet and empty. The guy at the register was very nice. I got a steak grilled cheese burrito and it was amazing.
so, i’m shmacked as usual & im not gonna lie, usually whenever i get taco bell, i be leaving mad as ffffff, burritos mad empty, chips soggy, but TONIGHT BABYYYY❗️ ?️?️ let me tell you… the girl working tonight night shift stuffed my burrito like i just got my yams stuffed in this man backseat!!!! the burrito hit the spot ? love you taco bell.PS: bring back the chihuahua ?
