We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing! The owners were so sweet and ensured we had everything we needed. We were able to rent a corner of the brewery and catered in food. The beer and cider is amazing and the two guys working that night were super attentive to our group! Highly recommend!

Wow! First timers here - loved it! It's located in a very small plaza (looks like an old gas station plaza) and parking was a bit interesting, lol. We walked in on a very late evening (maybe one hour until close?) I believe it was a Monday or Tuesday. There were 3 other patrons in the building. We were instantly greeted by Ryan and he was SO friendly and sweet! Very knowledgeable and overall just a fun personality. Menu was very clear and easy to read so I chose the Horchata beer and I really enjoyed it. My husband and I sat at a large table and checked out their game selection. Plenty of games! Some were missing pieces so we kept it simple with the classics. Excellent music playing over the speakers. The space was pretty clean and we even witness the bartender Ryan mopping up the floors. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this brewery we happened to stumble upon during Christmas shopping around the area. We can't wait to go back and check out their other beers available. No food was served here but it looks like they have food truck nights and tons of other fun events happening per their calendar. Definitely recommend and excited to go back sometime! We live in GA so I'm thankful we found a fun brewery in Spring Hill close to my family's house to visit when we are in town!

We stopped in here as it is fairly close to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. Tried their Halloween flight and bites pairing. What a cute idea, and the beers/bites were delicious. I really loved the blackberry and mint sour beer. Staff is extremely nice as well. Would recommend!
