Today we took are dog duke on his last drive and wanted to get him the best pupcup he will ever have. after letting Connor know this he made sure duke got the best one with tons of extra dog bones and a bit more ice cream. Great stop for a chill out. Open fairly late. Ice cream in many flavors. Sundea's are great. Blizzards the same. Good stuff. Expect to spend $7 to $10 depending what you get. Friendly staff. Be Aware! I ordered a Kiddie Cup for my Daughter At The Twistee Treat in Spring Hill. they had no pricing listed, Bu they had a QR Code To Scan, Cup was listed at 2.29 and each of the 2 toppings was 99 Cents Each. Which should have been 4.55 with tax, How ever I was charged over 6 dollars for a kiddie cup with 2 toppings. Which is almost a 50 percent difference. When I said something I was treated rudely and when I mention these are not the prices you have on your website " Keep In Mind They Have NO Pricing menu Displayed" I was then Told any flavor other than vanilla had a 52 Percent Up Charge. Which was no where listed any where. If you value your money and Honesty I would stay away.

Ice cream was way to soft other cones ordered were dipped all melted too fast, weather was not that warmIt was evening and Music was playing so loud you couldn't talk to anyone. Asked if they could turn it down, they did not,need to clean up better outside ice cream and drinks were spilled all over on ground and tables

When you have 4 employees working there is no reason why you can’t acknowledge someone at your window that’s been standing there for 10 minutes waiting to order! My daughter was standing in the rain and even knocked on the window. She said 2 kids where just standing inside not even working. No one paid her any attention. So we left and went to McDonalds. Crazy to think they offered better service and ice cream.

It wasn't very busy when we got there but no one was paying attention to the window. Took a bit of time before the kid in the drive thru noticed there were people waiting and took orders. Otherwise, the ice cream was ok. Always seems to already be melting when I get it...nothing really remarkable.

Went through dt later at night but still an hour and half before they closed. There was a couple of other customers. Extremely rude right off the back at the speaker rushing out order (3 things). I asked them for lids at the window and got the window slammed in my face. Didn’t see her long enough to even see a name tag. Sundaes were overflowing and spilling off the sides. No lids no napkins even when I tried to ask for them.
A good treat after our meal.
