So my wife and I just moved to the area with our three veracious teenagers. Their favorite eating establishment? Wingstop. So this evening we decided to skip the kitchen work and grab some for the kids, and an item was forgotten. This location is busy, chaotic and every employee is constantly moving. When arriving back to inform them of the mishap with our order they were again super respectful, courteous and prepared the food with expedience. This location is always clean and the food scrumptious. The staff are top notch and they made a forever customer out of my family with their selfless and honest constitution. Thank you Wingstop! I'd write more but I gotta get back to licking my fingers...

I really like to stop there after work, they are opened late, the service is awesome, fast and friendly. The food always perfectly delicious. Landon always making you feel welcomed ?. Alexus is fantastic, friendly and has great customer service skills. I think they have a great crew too, everyone there working together. I highly recommend this spot. I know that this crew is fairly new, and they are really doing an fantastic job, so definitely go there and you won't be disappointed ?

i went there for 30 wings order them for pick up they were very dryed out way over cooked worst chicken wing place i ever ate at nothing like working a 12 hour day and come home to eat carboard and when i call them to let them know they laugh at you and say are you done then lugh again and hang up they dont care about us and when other get sick they dont care i will never eat there again i want you all to know they have btter places to eat why spend all the hard working money on a crack place and poor serice

Great pit stop!!! Fresh 17 minute wings! Best French frys too I asked for them early? Pipping hot and just right salted!! But you can request no salt too! Loved their carrots and celery choose of dips and costing a on the fresh chicken wings!!! Great staff too! A win in very causal too do swim suits allowed too!! ??????

Terrible location. Waited almost 40 minutes for my small dine in order tonight. Everytime I looked into the kitchen multiple employees were just standing around on their phones. The girl on shift tonight with the blonde hair and glasses on her head didn’t put her phone down the entire time it seemed like. Could probably get orders out quicker if your employees weren’t on their phones.

Somebody give Landon a DAMN RAISE ASAP!!! I called to place an order and was on hold for 30+ minutes! I kid y’all not! O also had other family members call in and a store clerk would answer and put us on hold without a word. Okay boom! I decided to utilize the online service though they tax when you order online (hence why I was trying to call the order in), and I placed my order but needed to adjust it. I called in AGAIN to adjust and though I pressed 0 instead of 1 I was still ON HOLD! I called 4 times back to back and still the same thing. I drove my upset tail to the store to talk to the manager and boy was I UPSET! This guy deescalated like a pro and explained without throwing the culprit under the bus in front of us though we know who she is! I’m not easily calmed when it comes to my food but he did that and I appreciate him for that. Give Landon a DAMN RAISE!!! Keep him! We need more managers like, Landon. Thank you, Landon, and because of that I’ll be back and 5 golden stars!

We ordered 50 boneless wings, 4 ranch, 3 fries and then i had to pay extra for another ranch. Get home.. 40 wings and missing 4 ranch. Wings were barely covered in sauce.Called the store waited 20 minutes and no answer. Drove up there and the “manager” calls her GM Mike to ask how to do the refund because I don’t want a store credit. Mike says i need to bring back my order. How can i bring back wings and ranch I didn’t get and the rest of my food my family already ate??? But they could just figure out the difference between the 50/40 piece price and refund me!I do not complain alot but this.. come on.. bring back the food. Do Better!

I couldn't tell you how the food tastes. They use doordash for delivery and the idiot couldn't read the directions, use gps or find us. No food delivered after 1.5 hours. Maybe only go there to eat. If you order delivery, you'll never eat.

The worst customer service ever after waiting 45 minutes with kids jumping around and screaming other customers complaining I should of just left but gave it a chance I thought my order would at least be fresh boy was I wrong I ordered barbecue chicken and they gave me cold soggy garlic chicken the fries were cold and soggy aswell i pulled back around went in to get my order remade after having to practically argue to get my order redone it came out after just 10 minutes even worse than the first order I'm not surprised to see all these other bad reviews because the place is a nightmare and employees are rude I will not be going ever again I've always heard good things about Wingstop do not go to this location if you want a good experience the food and service were horrible!!!!

The manager was very rude and was not helpful she refused to resolve the issue with my order being wrong and told me there was nothing that she could do when all I wanted was a new sandwich with the correct flavor sauce.

I ordered from the Wingstop in Spring Hill, store #1793, tonight as I have done many times before. I ordered my normal Hawaiian chicken sandwich but into it and it was so spicy, my mouth was burning. I called them, the manager, Alexis, got on the phone and told me there was nothing they could do about it as it was 10pm and my husband picked up our order around 9pm. Because it had been “so long” Alexis told me they couldn’t remake my sandwich or give me a credit. That is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for the corporate number and she told me she didn’t have any of that information.

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER‼ I had to first drive from Port Richey to Spring Hill because this was the closest to me. I wished I would have just drove back to Tampa. This location under cooks it's chicken. My chicken was very slimy and soggy, I had to place it in my air fryer. Also my fries were very hard and burnt. I do not recommend this location to anyone and they will never receive my services again in the future.

Called in to say that they gave us the wrong order. They stated we picked up our order 45 minutes before we did. I stated that if this is how you treat your customers we would never come back. I tried to call them after that and they kept hanging up on me. Admit you made a mistake and move on. Your slowly going to make your business fold.

Just left the Springhill WingStop and I am Not happy. Nor was my issue attempted to be resolved. It’s $.70 wing day on Mondays \u0026 Tuesdays. The young lady who took our order maybe didn’t understand when we asked twice “How many wings comes with the $.70 day wing combo” so we pay and sit down. In walks another group of people about 3-5 minutes after us. We waited a good 10 minutes and happened gotten our food and sudden, the group of young boys got there food before is. Okay, so I ask about our food and they say “oh we’re waiting for fries” the group after us had plenty of fries so I’m not sure how they got their food before us but it made us feel away. I can see if it was a to-go order but it wasn’t. That’s also when we noticed the “10 boneless combo” and asked the young lady who took our order again. Even told her we heard her explain the increment of the wings to someone else. I asked her, if I ordered more, would I have to wait long and she shrugged her shoulders. Never apologized. The young man who was cooking was the ONLY one apologized and when I offered to bag my Own things because another young lady displayed an attitude, he was also the ONLY one that offered to bag my things. His kindness was appreciated but there should have been someone that at least a supervisor or management there oversee the shift. I won’t ever go back to this WingStop.
