AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Been ordering online and picking up my order from the drive thru for the past 3 years, today the decided at the drive thru to tell me that online orders have to be picked up inside and had to get out of in to go inside. Apparently after 3 years today it was too difficult to hand a bag through a drive thru window. Will never be back.

Drive through was very slow. I ordered the fish sandwich and it was disgusting. It oozed of mayo and the lettuce and small tomato looked old and wilted. Nothing like the fish sandwich posted in the advertisement board. I also ordered curly fries and they were a box of not curly but broken end pieces overcooked and bleh. The drink was good. Pretty sure that's my last trip...

Arby’s is usually ok but the chicken sandwich was soggy the lady rolling the sandwiches and preparing the French fries had no gloves on and was touching the sandwiches and French fry’s with her bare hands unacceptable
