Probably the only place to get a fresh pretzel and lemonade. They have other selections but the pretzel bites are great for traveling.

I'd like to rate this higher because fresh Auntie Anne's pretzels are good, but every time I visit they are out of most pretzels, leaving only the ones nobody wanted. On my latest trip they only had pepperoni pretzels. I tried one and learned why they had so many. It was dry and bland. This storefront is across from the indoor food court and next to Lids. It is small and has room for only a few customers. The young people working there were friendly and professional.

I was greeted with a hostile attitude by the manager Candice. Her attitude towards me ( a customer) was completely unacceptable. I have never experienced such disrespect in any establishment. All i wanted was to enjoy a nice warm pretzel but instead i was yelled and screamed at. I cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone.

The second star is for the original pretzel only. The last mango smoothie was so bad I threw it away. BUT the customer service at this location in the st Augustine outlets was absolutely horrible. From the cashier, middle aged lady, absolutely rude as hell. From the time I walked in, she was terribly rude to every person I saw her speak to including me. I walked up said hey how are you. She just stared at me. Not a word. I ordered. She grumbled it back. She fussed at everyone from "close the door all the way" to " we don't have large only small" without explanation. Poor man with two young kids tried to order large bites she just kept rudely saying no only can have small. Right as he was paying, a girl brought the large out of the back putting it right there where he could've purchased if the old grouch would've just asked how close they were to being done. No thank you's, no please come again, not even a hint of a smile. Then hollered at everyone no more cash. Cards only. Not even exact change. One teen stepped out of line at that point. She's a young teen. Probably doesn't have a card yet. Her friend had just paid using cash which caused the old bitty to holler rudely. Need some serious customer service training at this joint. I won't be back. Pretzel was good but the service, or lack of, sealed the deal. Rude as hell! And before you even ask if I've ever worked customer service. Yes! My entire work history is customer service.

My friend and I were waiting for our hotel nearby to check in, so we stopped h the outlet shopping district. This place was coupled with a pretzel service, and there is barely any room to stand inside. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it was quite good. Granted that I just arrived in Florida that day and I already hated the weather, this proved to be helpful with adjusting to the humidity. The flavors were good and the texture was correct for a smoothie. Other than that, nothing really stood out to me. I can see myself coming back here again

No staff wear masks and I thought people with beards had to wear a cover over their chins when preparing food. Review is based on how they have zero care for COVID guidelines There is a very tiny lobby with one way in and one way out. There is no way to social distance inside. They should be limiting the amount of people in the lobby but they do not and you could have upwards of 10 people in a space that really should probably only hold three people This is located across from ASICS store google will not take you to the right place
