Food always taste old, stale, or burnt. I'm not sure what they're doing wrong at this location, upper management needs to find out. Employees aren't friendly, and the store is dirty. Please do better ? ?

Me and my family went to this place trying to have a good time and eat good but ended humiliated by two of the staff of this place . Clearly problematic girls that just started to scream at us telling us that we have to go out of the place and never come back , they were so disrespecful and rude. My grandma gets anxiety just to remeber that awful moment .

Probably the only place to get a fresh pretzel and lemonade. They have other selections but the pretzel bites are great for traveling.

This place is a joke! The line starts at the door, outside the door, the people are rude, a cup of crushed ice with flavor ( medium size cup is $8.99!) is expensive with rudeness and tastes bad.Save your money, go find a different store.

I'd like to rate this higher because fresh Auntie Anne's pretzels are good, but every time I visit they are out of most pretzels, leaving only the ones nobody wanted. On my latest trip they only had pepperoni pretzels. I tried one and learned why they had so many. It was dry and bland. This storefront is across from the indoor food court and next to Lids. It is small and has room for only a few customers. The young people working there were friendly and professional.

I didn’t know that abuse and violence are the cornerstones of Auntie Anne’s. The manager (Candice) approached us with a demeaning and hostile attitude, questioning my ability to pay. Upon ordering some simple nuggets and drink, she came across the store yelling and screaming. She did everything short of just straight up spitting in my face. I’ve never experienced such disrespect. I demand Candice’s immediate resignation and banishment from future employment at Auntie Anne’s. The pain and suffering I’ve endured is immeasurable. I will not return and do not recommend.

This store is disgusting. The floors are so sticky and dirty, counter tops filthy. The lady making the pretzels had a filthy nose. No pride and service with this place at all. Opened few minutes after 11am and nothing was ready to be served.
I hate to complain and I’m a very polite person to everyone else wherever I go, but this happened to me multiple time now on this auntie Anne’s branch and I’m kinda over it!! I ordered mini pretzel dog and they gave me the burn pretzels and the white lady with the glasses working there was so rude!!! Very rude!! She is not very nice at all every time I go there when she’s working. Some of the stuff is very nice not the white lady with the glasses working there!! ? management need to talk to this person!!

The second star is for the original pretzel only. The last mango smoothie was so bad I threw it away. BUT the customer service at this location in the st Augustine outlets was absolutely horrible. From the cashier, middle aged lady, absolutely rude as hell. From the time I walked in, she was terribly rude to every person I saw her speak to including me. I walked up said hey how are you. She just stared at me. Not a word. I ordered. She grumbled it back. She fussed at everyone from "close the door all the way" to " we don't have large only small" without explanation. Poor man with two young kids tried to order large bites she just kept rudely saying no only can have small. Right as he was paying, a girl brought the large out of the back putting it right there where he could've purchased if the old grouch would've just asked how close they were to being done. No thank you's, no please come again, not even a hint of a smile. Then hollered at everyone no more cash. Cards only. Not even exact change. One teen stepped out of line at that point. She's a young teen. Probably doesn't have a card yet. Her friend had just paid using cash which caused the old bitty to holler rudely. Need some serious customer service training at this joint. I won't be back. Pretzel was good but the service, or lack of, sealed the deal. Rude as hell! And before you even ask if I've ever worked customer service. Yes! My entire work history is customer service.
