Every time we go to Saint Augustine, we come to Ben's pretzels. It's way better than auntie Anne's. The service is great and everyone is so nice. It's a small place but 100% worth it.

Delicious snack while you are touring old town Saint Augustine. Mouthwatering and delicious soft pretzels. Well worth the stop.

$8 for a pretzel. Fine. It’s good and worth it.You ask for mustard condiment, and they want to charge another dollar. Really! It’s like McDonald’s wanting to charge extra dollar for ketchup. Just plain ridiculous. And oh by the way as you pay for the pretzel, they have a screen where they want you to tip. What is that? Tip for what?I guess it’s never enough profits.

I went by this lovely little shop this afternoon and was incredibly impressed with not only the service but the diversity and teamwork of all different kinds of kids working together. That brown boy was rolling like a Tasmanian Devil i've never seen a pretzel made like that. Makes me so full of jubilation seeing how diverse our country is, god bless our civil rights activists. This is why i bleed America. #TRUMP2024 That little emo boy or girl behind the counter, i believe their name was something along the lines of Maxine or Mack was on his shit. Made me feel like I was in a hot topic or something (my granddaughter loves that store) Really wish I could've seen him or her more in action. Those little emo girls over at Mimi's crepes were also a sight for sore eyes like myself and that boy with the red hair was excellent at making those doughs. I'll absolutely make sure to come back to these fine establishments on my next vacation down here for my annual military reunion.

Meh. We went on a rainy day and there is 1 bench to sit on, so we had to stand while we finished eating. The regular pretzel was fine, beer cheese too liquidy for my taste, and the cinnamon sugar pretzel had giant salt grains on it. It kinda took away from the sweetness of cinnamon sugar. I was bummed bc we were craving good pretzels.

Rude clown ?. We stepped in to get four pretzel dogs for our lunch but there was only one cooked. I asked the ? behind the counter if he could make more. He told us no, he will only make more when someone buys the one that is left. I told him we need at least three more can he make them and we will buy the one left too. He said no, he will only make more after someone buys that one. How rude is that? We left and went to the Burger place a few blocks down and had a good meal. Rude ? lost them some money and we will NOT be back in there.

The pretzel was excellent, especially since I got it fresh from the oven. However, the service could use some enhancement. The individual attending to customers seemed unfriendly and appeared to prefer being elsewhere. I chose to visit because of their charming garden at the back.

The pretzels bites had particles from the pan and were bitter, when I went to get them changed or get my money back, the girl said “no, they are all the same” and was not kind enough to do anything to resolve it.

These are kids making and serving so I give them props for what they do. This is a hot spot for two reasons. These are superior to Annie's. Other reasons, the sumptuous garden in the back. Every time I come downtown this is a spot I love and love to go. Have you seen their Christmas tree decorated with ? You cannot miss this! I got the jumbo pretzel with cheese. The cheese is great and pretzel is not overly buttered like at Annie's. Another great pretzel in the city is the beer pretzel at Prohibition Kitchen.
