BLUF. Don't go when busy. The overall 2 stars is an average of 2 visits. Stopped by on a Tuesday evening as we were hitting several bars for drinks and appetizers. Sat at the bar and cocktails were great and the meatball appetizer tasty as well. This was a great experience and my wife and I were both excited to have another good cocktail bar in the area. I would rate that visit as a solid 4+. Came back on Thursday night and while cocktails were still good, the bar was slammed with what appeared to usually be one bartender. The dining experience was terrible..ordered asparagus and the seaboard. The asparagus came with all of 3 (albeit large) stalks and apparently they were out of tuna as they subbed a whopping 1 scallop for the tuna without notice. Manager stated he would discount the meal but was conveniently absent when the bartender had to present the check. The food was good, but the subbing food without notice and the poor management handling will make it very difficult for me to return. As an afterthought, the band was great!

Fun place to eat! Love the boards and there honestly made Bourbon is amazing! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for! Great entertainment! Only issue was it's a small restaurant and very loud! Had fun!

The food and atmosphere were disappointing. The fish tacos are bland. The decor and lighting are poorly done so it feels more like a cheep breakfast place. The band was just okay and too loud for dinner conversation. Oh and light up and organize your bourbon bar. It is in the name.

Unexpected night out landed us here. Arrived here about 830ish, unfortunately they were out of several items that we were interested in. A singer was here this evening, pleasant atmosphere. I joked that it has a Pottery Barn/Crate and Barrel feel to it.Service was great, waiter was very polite and social.Food was amazing. Steak was tender, sweet potato fry things were seasoned perfect. Great flavoring. Bread tray was different, the biscuit had an interesting scent to it, possibly an orange scent or flower. Can't place it.Would definitely come back.

We were excited to try Bourbon and Boards for a pre-anniversary celebration. We had heard the food was amazing. It was very good. But, it was outrageously priced for the portion size. $80 for their surfboard got us 2 scallops, two tiny lobster rolls, one row of ahi tuna. We also got the farmhouse board for $46. Again, 2 chicken drums, 2 sliders, and 2 tacos. The biggest disappointment were the drinks. Very weak on the alcohol content. I’m a light weight and always get a nice buzz from one drink. After 2 drinks I wasn’t even close to a buzz. In addition we felt ripped off when my son-in-law said to the waitress bring me a drink with one of your favorite bourbons. The drink cost $33 when we got the check. Our fault because we told her to do that, but really? Buyer be ware. The night we chose was slammed. The service was terrible. We had to ask for water refill, dishes to be cleared and the check twice. For 3 people the cost for the night for two boards, and 10 drinks with tip was almost $350. Not worth that much. As locals, we won’t be back.

From from such a high end selection from their bourbon to their food menu, it’s a shock they don’t offer flat or sparkling water by the bottle. The salty Saint Augustine tap water doesn’t complement my $50 bourbon choice as it melts from my large gentleman’s cube.

I will never be back here. What a joke. The bartender served my friend the wrong type of wine. My margarita took 15 minutes to make when there were at most 5 other customers in the restaurant. The traditional charcuterie board took 45 minutes to come out. When it finally came my jaw dropped. I could make a better board than this for half the price from a supermarket. $40 and the meats and cheese were mediocre at best. If you are coming here for charcuterie, do not waste your time or your money.
Absolutely amazing experience! The food was spectacular. The kind of experience you’d expect in a beautiful town like this!

Great service and nice environment. They were out of steak, smoked tuna, and they didn't have a smoker for the Old Fashioned.... two of the 3 reasons I was going in there for. A bit over priced for regular drinks and food.

We came for the band, The House Cats, and they were fantastic! Food was unique and tasty, but quite pricey for the portions. To be honest both drinks I ordered were mixed cocktails that were incredibly bitter and unpleasant. The service was the biggest let down. Unlit candle on our table, menu substitutions, and certain beverages on the menu were totally unavailable. Additionally, when we asked our server about desert she didn't know what was on the menu or available and said, "there's some biscuit situation" to our confusion. You're paying high end restaurant prices and that's not the full package you get at this place. Maybe they were just having an off night....but we would not go back if not for the music.
