The only highlight of the night was the server was nice. Other than that, the food was terrible. The fries served was a very tiny portion, the wings were cold, and the wings were not fresh at all. The price that I paid for was definitely not worth it. Will not be coming back to this Buffalo Wild Wings.

On 2/27/2024 around 5:30pm.Food was good. The service is by far is the worst. The waiter never introduced himself, never came back and refilled our drinks. After we put in our order he was no where to be found. He came out and dropped off our food and then disappeared. We ordered wings and never got celery and carrots. Usually the wings come with celery and carrots here unless that had changed since the last time we went to a BWW. We will never be back at this location. If you want good service with your food, go to the BWW in the town center. At least there your server will come check on you, re fill your drinks and ask if we want dessert or anything else to add to our order. The waiter at the St.augustine location did the bare minimum.

The chicken was cold, the fries were reheated and cold. I prefer to wait a moment longer and have them make the food well than to bring out fast food but of poor quality.

We had some questions on the spice of the sauce.. no one knew the answer.. we asked about happy hour ..they had to look it up.. because no one knew.. it's like it was everyone first day and no one trained them.. alot of confusion there..

I chose to dine in last night around 10:30pm and it was a terrible mistake, the only thing that was warm and fresh was our french fries. our server was terrible, i was there for an hour and half and not once did we get refills, waited 30 minutes for her to revisit the table and take our order. will NOT BE BACK. the food was disgusting and definitely NOT WORTH a $70 and tip . extremely disappointed
