We stopped in for lunch today and was impressed by the food and service, especially given their current rating. The meals were hot, the fries were super fresh. The cashier gave my toddler a crown which made her day! The lobby was clean as well

I stopped in to grab some fries. There were several employees around but the restaurant was empty. The employees acted as though I broke up their good time and started whispering and laughing while I ordered. The fries came out soft and lukewarm with black bits of something all over the fries. The fries tasted like old dirty oil. Everything about this visit was appalling.

Stopped after a long ride family of 6, order taking was fast young lady upfront was pleasant and welcoming.Please order with no problem, the problem was the lady making the food.The order had 2 burgers wrong, no biggy, I went up manager took the burgers to remake them* so I thought*I stood at the register so I didn’t have to go back up, the manager has the food prep lady remake them since she made them wrong from jump street.The lady is “ deaf “ as the manager called her. So she was made I guess bc she was not quite understanding what the manager was saying.The prep lady kept looking at me and giving me a dirty look and was slamming the ingredients as it I was the problem. So after a whole 5 min of it I told her she was rude and that it was unprofessional to act that way.The manager starts saying “she’s deaf, she’s deaf, she don’t understand I’ll just make them for you I’m sorry”The burger still was not fully correct but I just took the burger and enjoyed the rest of my time there with my family.Onion rings where soggyFries coldDo not recommend!

agree with the other reviews that this place has improved drastically, this used to be the worst fast food place id ever seen, but gave it another try today and im pleasantly surprised. the three women working were super friendly and you can tell they were actually having fun while working, and Christene who took my order was especially sweet and fun to talk to. chicken fries were very meh, but the employees cant really be blamed for that, more an issue with the fries themselves rather than how they were prepared. overall, definitely recommend giving this place another try for a quick and filling meal and good service

I have seen a great deal of improvement for this restaurant in the past couple years. The friendly staff is amazing and the familiar faces everyday is great. It makes you feel very welcome when you get called by your name or when they just recognize your voice. All the staff is very welcoming and of great spirits. I always feel welcome and this makes my dining experience pleasurable. Will definitely make this my go to spot...
