1/12/2024The staff was very friendly. I wasn't a huge fan of the house Cab, but it was cheap and okay. Wine is so subjective. I didn't have any food to rate. The store is fine, nothing super unique but it was clean and the WiFi was good.
We had a great time and great food + drinks at Hidalgo. Even though there were several other bars and restaurants and we stayed only two nights in Saint Augustine, we went toHidalgo twice. Right opposite of it is the Torture Museum for anyone who’s interested.

We have visited twice so far…and we plan to visit café, Del Hildago, ice cream and food again during our stay here. We ordered paninis and the last visit was for gelatos, both were fantastic. Mostly, the folks serving us were very kind. The last visit was late, right before closing time and we were greeted with big smiles and heaps of gelato! What more can you ask for?
