We went to Casa Maya for our anniversary dinner last week while vacationing in Florida and discovered this amazing restaurant!! Fabian was our waiter and we could not be more pleased with the service, ambiance, and food! We enjoyed the seafood paella for two and it was exquisite! We also ordered the guacamole for appetizer and it came with salsa too as well as the best tortilla chips all freshly made. Best all around if you want to experience food made fresh and service by Fabian, who was a true gem. Ten thumbs up!! :)

We arrived to an amazing atmosphere. The outside dining area was gorgeous with a wonderfully unique band that fit the food was playing. The paella was absolutely perfectly cooked and we loved every bite. Fabian, our waiter, did an incredible job making the evening delightful.
