Mike's Brisket is the best ever in town! It is a food truck so don't expect fancy just try everything in the menu ?. Homemade BBQ sauce is awesome. Mike's have done so many Briskets for us for many years now and counting... You can pre-order sealed pack Brisket as well, easy to warm up and serve. He does catering, and he delivers too. And No kidding you have to line up early in his SR207 location on Wednesday or else you won't have any food left to eat. He also do Turkey on Holidays (delicious). The pulled pork is awesome and the jalapeño sausage is excellent! His homemade sides are all delicious! We will never ever get tired eating the Brisket for sure. I highly recommend County Rd Provisions (Mike's good food).
Michael and his team catered our wedding of 95 and I cannot put into words what an amazing job they did! The food was absolutely perfect! Almost all of our guests were from various parts of the country, Canada and Australia and we work in an industry that requires us to travel the world so we have several friends and family that consider themselves bbq connoisseurs and they raved about it!! Not only was the food amazing but they went above and beyond for a few of our guests that are Celiac. The staff were incredibly personable while being professional the entire time! We would recommend them for any event you may have and will use them for all events we have in the future!

We were recommended to reach out to Michael and his team to cater our wedding and let me tell you that this bbq was nothing less than amazing! We have a lot of friends that are bbq enthusiasts that do travel a lot. Between them and the picky family member who normally always has something to criticize having nothing but praise I would say that in itself is a top review! We also had celiac guests in attendance and they were able to not only accommodate but have several options for our friends that normally don’t get to eat much out. They too were blown away!! I have no problem recommending Michael for any catering requirement. The only thing I would recommend is ordering a lot extra because your guests will for sure go back up for seconds! Thank you again Michael! You and your team were a huge part of a dream evening for us!

I was a proud backyard pitmaster, serving my family and friends some excellent meats...until today. I had ribs and brisket from County Road Provision and I'm now questioning my life choices. I'm not sure I'll ever light my pit again. Way to go guys, I'm emotionally ruined.

A food truck in a parking lot. What the atmosphere is lacking makes for excellent BBQ (and plenty of parking). I literally went back for seconds to have leftovers (the first order didn't last long). Excellent brisket, homemade BBQ sauce, fantastic sides (especially the beans). Sandwiches are served on Martin's Potato Rolls to make things that much better. I'll be sure to time trips through the area to be on Wednesdays, the only day this truck is open (for now?).

I’ll preface this post with the fact I’m a Texas boy. I Pre-ordered the brisket and pulled pork however I was apprehensive of trying the brisket. County road provisions did not fail me. The way the brisket is prepped and smoked is the epitome of Texas BBQ. The crusty peppery bark and the smoke ring are all flawless. Everything is well seasoned so if you’re into bland food, this place isn’t for you. Great job County Road Provisions!

The brisket....what.....I never had it before ever - and now it's all I want. It's almost like eating pork belly, except it's brisket. Everyday needs to be Wednesday so we can all enjoy. Their mac & cheese btw - RIDICULOUS.
So happy we were able to find this food truck after searching! Country road came highly recommended to us by a St Augustine local and he was right. Their food truck is only open on Wednesday's and man it was outstanding!The pulled pork and brisket sandwich came with the option of onions and pickles on top. With a sweet bbq sauce on the side. OMG the brisket and pork melted in your mouth so tender and packed with Smokey flavor. The Jalapeño potato salad was so different but delicious.
