Can I give it 0 stars? Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant anywhere I have traveled in the world. Fast food places in third world countries I have visited are better than this place. The problem? The staff. The manager has no business cleaning toilets for a living let alone managing others. I’ll be calling corporate and my credit card company for a refund.

The worst costumer service ever! Especially by the owner himself. My husband order us 2 blizzards and paid for them. Some how they got the order wrong and was asked to correct it. For a place that is always dead and begging to hire people, you would think they would correct it and make the customer happy. Instead the owner became irrate and started yelling and screaming. Stating "I'm not your slave!" He even went to the extent of throwing the ice cream by knocking it out of my husband's hand and getting it everywhere making the one worker that he did have there clean it up. Of course words were then exchanged due the inappropriate behavior of the owner. I mean who wouldn't after that. Unbelievable customer service and actions by the owner. If I could give negative ratings I would.

Three cars in front of me. After waiting for 16 min., the truck behind us left so we were able to back up and leave. Never have I had to wait that long at a DQ. Even when they were busy!

Due to Covid the staff was going through a shortage and I think there was only two people working the entire store and me and the lady at the Drive-through window did not see eye to eye but I will say that the owner is a very reasonable and understanding patient man Who I got the privilege to speak with It’s difficult getting a good filled staff team. especially with the Pandemic but altogether my blizzard was amazing my son’s blizzard was amazing and my meal was fresh hot and delicious

Slow service, but it’s understandable that they’re short staffed. What was NOT ok was the rude service, poor work ethic, and them accidentally keeping my card, tossing it at my son, and then not apologizing. If that’s the only employees you can hire, it may be better just to close down for awhile.

The staff is all new. So I expected everything to take forever. But I tell you what, these mfers made sure my food was hot, and my blizzard was on point! Waited longer than I wanted, but the manager was so nice!

We came into eat I forget why I don't come here they remind me everytime. Entered woman came from bathroom walked up to counter lady went into back boy in drive thru 4 cars later no hey ill be right there no acknowledgement what so ever order 4 PC and 6 PC small reeses pieces cookie dough 27.32 later no bread as in picture a small small amount of ff which were not hot and for the wait the chicken and ff should of been to hot to eat no check up no nothing everytime now in the dinning room on the phone ppl are rude here and for almost 30 dollars I should not have threw away 1/2a blizzard and I ate one PC and no fries what a joke this represents dairy queen u need to do something

I order the number 4 with bacon added they shorted me on the Swiss cheese and I had to find out on my own. I open the package there in front of them and told them it's missing the Swiss cheese and THEN they tell me they didn't have any. Rather than let me know ahead of time they did not have what they were supposed to have to make the meal they try to sneak it past. So I requested a full refund and gave them their mail back they try to slip through and cheat me on what I ordered. You better check your order before you leave because they will try to short you on your order. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful.

Wow....like wow.... seriously I have never waited so long in the drive thru lane. 1 car in front of me and I still waited 20mins for 1 sundae. Would not recommend this place.

Wouldn't recommend this DQ to my worst enemy. Went with my 2 younger children and then entire time I was trying to order another employee with on the speaker talking something about "yeah big daddy you like that" and other inaudible things. For one, not appropriate for children nor ANY customer. Secondly, the employee taking the order his only response was "sorry my employees are crazy" Say what?!! We will NEVER go back there.

Lobby closed. No one in drive thru. Saw employee inside walking around. Employee wouldn't answer drive thru. Store opened & didn't want to work.

Sat in line for 15 minutes watch them turn light out on menu Board, drive up they didn't have courtsey tell you there closed nor was new times even posted, I proceeded to pick up window to ask two people inside look over then turn way like we were never there. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY CERTAINLY DIDN'T NEED THEIR JOB!!
