Ordered the Brooklyn style crust. Didn't realize that meant is was going to show up looking like it owed money to the mob. Manager was very hesitant to offer a refund, and I have a feeling that I'm not actually going to receive one. Would have been better offer getting a pizza from the gas station.UPDATEI WAS NOT REFUNDED, I WAS CHARGED A SECOND TIME.UPDATE 2: STILL NO REFUND, INSTEAD THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO RANDOMLY CHARGE ME $3.69 WEEKLY.

I discovered this Domino's and their new pan pizza absolutely the pan pizza is one of the best pizzas that Domino's makes this particular location in St Augustine does a great job it's always a hot and fresh right when I arrive. Definitely use the app to save money and use the text messaging so you know when it's ready. You can't go wrong with the all new pan pizza that's kind of deep dish with a soft thick crust.

I was shorted on toppings.Did not get what I paid for they supposedly transferred me to the manager.I talked to him for a second.He hung up on me, tried calling back.They started speaking with a fake accent.Hung up on me again.I called back.They started speaking.The fake accent immediately hung up on me.This is very unprofessional and Racist it happened just a few minutes ago.

No one really orders dominoes for being the best. It's usually a coupon. And or time at night. But I've never seen them mess up like they have the past few deliveries I ordered. Completely got the one day wrong. The store NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE causing you to be transferred to another store or answering plane THAT IS CLUELESS and can't help with any issues. They tell you to call the same store THAT TRANSFERRED your call to THEM. It's beyond aggravating. So I had to go online to do a complaint online. I took pictures. Shared my receipt. I explained that my kids CAN NOT EAT ANYTHING. I called over and over. No help. The call center transferred me back and forth line three different tubes. I still have never got my money back or a replacement order for this entire disaster of a night wit. The time before this same thing. Lg Brooklyn style 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza. Daughter couldn't eat. Multiple times I'm paying delivery because I don't have transportation. Or id drive right up there. I always tip well. The driver's are usually nice. As that's the ONLY HUMAN CONTACT you'll get from the store on north Ponce de Leon. . It's bad enough there are no real.... REAL pizza places beside deleons but they won't deliver. The least they could do is read the order. OR FIX THE MISTAKE as it happens. No biggie. But the amount of obstacles a customer does through is ridiculous

Placed an order online and wasn’t delivered. Called and said our order wasn’t received and the guy cut off my girlfriend and said they knocked on the door and nobody answered. We were 5ft away from the door. Nothing was there. They are re-delivering the pizza now but the disrespect towards my girlfriend was insane. Whoever was answering the phone at 8:30 on 2/21 was a pos!Edit: they delivered it to the wrong address, they picked it up from the wrong address, and delivered it to us, ice cold. CRAZY

Been here three times and every time I go in, the pizza is absolutely perfect and delicious. The Crew here is hard working, professional and the Manager, Mike, is doing a fantastic job making sure the customers are satisfied. 10/10.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas & got both with extra cheese but they put so much cheese on them that it had flattened out in the box to each corner & was oozing out the cracks in the box & looked like I had 2 boxes of melted cheese. That much cheese is someone just thinking they’re funny by over loading it with a pound or 2 of cheese. Once I found the crust it wasn’t cooked, it was white, doughy & sticky, no browning like the bottom of a pizza usually looks like.

On three of the last four occasions, they promised a delivery timeframe of 30-40 minutes. Regrettably, due to a lack of available drivers, the actual delivery time extended to several hours, yet the orders were eventually delivered several hours later.Attempts to contact the establishment for order cancellation were unsuccessful as they did not respond to phone calls. It is advised that they communicate more accurately regarding expected delivery times to manage customer expectations effectively. Who orders or wants a pizza 3 hours past the expected time?

I rated 1 star because it didn’t let me post a review without it . I ordered food to my hotel at 9 pm , take over 2 hours to delivery , they didn’t answer the phone calls , didn’t call back , also cold food , I’ll never order anything from the store again. Bad service and food , I’ll recommend to go to another place If u want to eat .

Never have we had issues with this store until tonight. Waited over an hour for cold food and part of it missing. Delivery driver said she would call store to have them make the pizza missing. Well, “they cut it wrong” and scrapped the pizza. I called and found this out after calling for 15 minutes where no one would answer. I was met with the delivery driver who told me on the phone what happened it would be another 25 minutes. I said I wanted a refund. Manager got on the phone, “I’m new I don’t know anything” and said he could give me a credit for the amount. I said okay, then covered the phone talking to someone else. Came back and said he voided my order to where I’d get the money back. But no pizza.. no food. Almost 8 at night with no pizza. You have 100% lost my business and I don’t even care that you’re the only pizza place that will deliver to me. It’s absurd businesses are like this now. When I worked for dominos, it was better than this.
