The “Mix It Up” (pastrami & corned beef Reuben) is to die for. Great food and friendly service.

This place is great! They were super busy and understaffed, but you could tell they were doing their best. Will 100% go back the next time I'm in town. Seriously awesome staff!

Drakes Deli was our original destination for lunch but come to find out that it was closed during COVID and Drakes Bistro was now where the main business was based so don't let Goggle Maps steer you wrong. Just so happened that the grill was broken when we arrived so anything grilled based was not available. No worries, plenty of other good choices. I had a half of a chicken salad and a cup of their parmesean tomatoe soup. Ooooh it was good. My wife had a Cuban sandwhich which se said was very tasty. To end the meal we had a couple of their cake pops. Scrumpsish. Service was fast and quite friendly. Definitely a spot we would try again. They are also open for breakfast. Located on the north side of the historic district. Worth it!!!

Drake's was next to our hotel on a recent stay in St. Augustine. The reviews were awesome , and 100 % accurate. We had the datil Philly and Italian sub. Both EXCEEDED expectations. Service was spot on with Maria and Lilia! Such a pleasure. Will definitely return. Closed on Sundays, so plan accordingly.

Drake's is a nice bistro, Patronized by locals but welcoming to visitors. The food is universally good. Every sandwich was huge and tasted great. Very small inside, so if you come with a group like I did make sure to call ahead to ask for a table to be set up. Parking lot is also small ... arrive early to get a spot or plan to park on the street. I definitely recommend it if you are in the area. There is another spot called Drake's Deli, run by the same folks. I understand it is carry out only, but has the same menu. I have not been to that location.

This afternoon I happened to have the most incredibly delicious lean Corn-beef and Pastrami smothered with a nice layer of Sauerkraut covered with Swiss Cheese on Marble Rye toast accompanied with perfectly made French Fries. To top it all off, I had the pleasure of having the most amazing, positive, perky waitress--Lillia with the most amazing genuine smile take care of me. That said, I would most definitely and highly recommend you stop in for an amazing sandwich experience. Pat F Combat Vietnam Veteran

A family favorite! You never will never know how good a sandwich can be unless you eat at Drake’s. I use them for catering as well. They go above and beyond!

We had breakfast there. The service was good. The place was not busy and it took awhile for us to receive our breakfast. A couple of items we ordered tasted bad and the waitress was prompt to take it back and take it off our bill.

Friendly Service, breakfast sandwich was delicious. Coffee good and strong. So good came back another day. This time we did the full breakfast, again delicious. Like all restaurants during Covid, there are some foods not available. But even with that I was impressed.

Stopped by for lunch and it was delicious. I had Italian Stallion. It was fresh and tasty. I will come back to try other sandwiches.

Absolutely delicious and varied cheese steak sandwiches, reasonably priced with very friendly service. A great address to avoid touristy crowds in St Augustine yet still have a good simple lunch.

Wife and I went today for the first time. Cheese steak was spot on. Wife had soup that was super. Service was excellent and friendly. Note Drake's Deli is closed. Went there by mistake.

Very limited options, claimed it was due to grill being cleaned?!?! Do that during non- business hrs!!! Just a suggestion
