Consistently rude. The young man with the blonde surfer hair is rude and unhelpful. Live around the corner but will avoid this location each time because of this employee. If you go inside be prepared to be ignored and elderly forced to fend for themselves on the self checkout.

Best Dunkin in town. I have been there several times now and they have yet to make a mistake on my order. The drive up is fast and the gentleman at the drive-up window is very nice. They even gave me extra butter on the side in case there was not enough on my bagel.

As others mentioned the initial welcome of “Dunkin” over the speaker phone is a little off. I order a hot coffee and hot food, the coffee was hardly lukewarm. When given to me, she told me taste this and see if its warm enough. It wasn’t, they already knew. She said she could remake it, but now i feel like a giant bother to have her do that. She told me the food would take a while since they just turned off the machine, it took maybe 3 minutes and the food was cold on the inside. I feel like a sucker for spending my hard earned money on such mediocre, cold food and cold coffee.

This is a new drive thru dunkin at Holmes and SR 207 (on the way out of town toward 95) that has a real good staff. Apart from them not having any decaf in the afternoon (they always need to make a pot for me), it is fast in to go line and inside (which is very small. Same great dodos and same great coffee, and WAY LESS mess ups than the us1 location!

Horrible Staff. First the staff were rude teenagers and they only had one rack of donuts compared to the one up the street having two and normally not going out of stock of all the donuts at noon. Also refrigerated beverages were sour. Overall this place just isn’t a good Dunkin Location. I wish I didn’t spend my money here.
The girl taking my order on Sunday (10/8) at 1:15pm in the drive through had a terrible attitude. We pull up to the drive through speaker and we are met with “Dunkin” that’s it. No welcome to Dunkin nothing. So I say “Hi, how are you?” And she replies with “I’m here.” We place the order and pull up. My husband shows my phone to scan it and he accidentally twice made it go off the scan screen. Instead of saying something she just stands there and he’s like. The second time she has an attitude about the screen. We felt so uncomfortable. As she hands us our drinks, my husband says thank you each time she hands him a drink. And she literally ignores him. I’m thinking maybe she needs a job where she doesn’t have to work with the public.

This place opened a few months ago. Close to home, I was excited. Twice I've been, and twice it was terrible. So very out of character for a Dunkin. Both times I was there, out of almost everything. The second time, the food has a weird aftertaste, and I suspect it was many days old. The cashier refused a refund when I went back, telling me I have to come back when a manager is there, and keep the bad food til then.You keep the $7, I'll find another place to shop at.
