I went into a gas station after filling up to get a cup of coffee and saw the Dunkin' Donuts was in there. I looked around the convenience store and there wasn't any fresh coffee and I was informed I had to buy it from Dunkin' Donuts. Not a happy camper. There's a reason why us guys go to convenience stores to get our coffee. It's not overpriced and we make it ourselves the way we want. I don't like the idea of being forced into buying Dunkin' Donuts coffee if I go to my convenience store gas station. If I wanted Duncan's I would have drove down the street to it. Just saying. I did just recently go back as a post note. Service was fine coffee was fine just overpriced LOL

Had to walk back in 3 different times for items that were bought and paid for and not received. Abundance of employees with no regards of getting the orders right. It wasn't even busy and they still couldn't take the time to make sure it was correct. Might just be a simple donut and cup of coffee, but it's the principle of nobody taking pride in the slightest extent of any part of their job. I'm super disappointed in this experience at the location and will never return to it.

Whenever I go to a dunkin I have a 50/50 shot on them making my drink right. But most of the time it’s wrong. I always get a medium mocha frozen coffee. Sometimes it’s pure liquid (opposed to being slushy). Sometimes it tastes like they didn’t put enough flavor in it and the color is super light. Other times the liquid it almost the color of Hershey syrup AND they add a drizzle into the sides of the cup- tasting like garbage. Sometimes they don’t add a drizzle. I’ve had 3 drinks at 3 different locations and this one is the first to get it right. So thanks!

This is my 5th time doordashing dunkin and order is correct and good but they ALWAYS FORGET STRAWS. I’m not trying to be rude but PLEASE just start throwing them in the delivery bag. You can’t trust dashers to do this. If you’ve ever drank ice coffee with no straw you wouldn’t want to pay for it either. Great store but I really hope they see the message

This location is at a Circle K . We did the drive through. The super nice lady helped us get the order correct and get our coupons accepted. Our order was correct and in a very quick manner. A very nice place.

This was the worst DD we have ever been to. We didn’t get the correct coffee order but settled with it anyway. Then we wondered why our bill was so high. It we received no receipt. After receiving our food, we realized they charged and served us three sandwiches instead of the one we ordered. Never going here again!

Got to the drive-thru at 6:45, there was only one person ahead of me and I pulled right up to the speaker. The person told me she would be right with me. After 7 minutes, she got back with me. 12 minutes later I get my iced coffee. There was only one person ahead of me who got a drink and I looked inside and at the parking lot and there was only one person being helped. I proceeded to my job and clocked in late because it took 12 minutes to place ice in a cup, pour coffee and creamer and give it to me. Unbelievable. I think I'd still be waiting if I ordered food.

TERRIBLE service by the cashier/girl (blonde and green hair) taking orders at the drive thru. We order some sandwiches then when we receive the order we got something different because they were out of the one we wanted but she didn’t explain that when we order but charge us for a different sandwich then we tell her we wanted a cup with ICE, she charged us and gave us a cup with water when we told her it was only ice she grabbed the cup of water and ripped it out of my hand. She was too rude and I had to go after having lined up without food and without a glass of ice even though we had already paid. Check your employees, they can’t treat customers like that. 0 out of 10

i just had to leave with out any thing after waiting 15 minutes at the drive through no one answered that is the second time this week .starbuck coffe sucks but at least they r there to take your order

I’m a native Bostonian, so you already know how important Dunkin’ is to me. But never have I been to a Dunkin’ with staff as sweet as these guys. Not only do they remember my dog, but they remember me too. And they always get my order right. I appreciate them and I hope they’re appreciated by St. Aug’s community & their Dunkin’ superiors.
