First time at a Jersey Mikes. Was told that the Big Kahuna was a really good hot sandwich as it was recommended by a foodie friend. Got it all the way on white bread. It was incredible!! The girl that waited on me was very pleasant and asked how my day was going and if I had any fun plans for the evening. Not the usual you owe x amount and have a good evening. I got the regular size, ate half and was full! Will definitely go there again!

Ordered online. Toppings were way less than when you order inside. Ordered double meat and it wasn't there. Manager didn't initially apologize and that's weird to me. But I returned and it was remade correct with a ton of mayo which I thought was them being funny since they put it on the side for the first 2 subs. Seemed like it was intentional. I had enough mayo for 10 subs. After 3 calls and me driving 30 minutes to go back he finally apologized. Gas is too expensive and customer service should be better. My last visit service was better but rolls were so dang hard. I wasn't driving back again. I'll just visit much less.

NICOLE WAS AMAZING!! We went for our last meal on our anniversary weekend. She was the only one there. She did so so good until the other person came in.They did everything perfectly. She made sure our gluten free sandwhich was taken care of perfectly and she was so kind about it.10/10 experience.Dietary restrictions: Celiacs are welcome here. They have a seperate station for gluten free peopleKid-friendliness: Super kind people. Kid friendly

Nicole was my sandwich maker. She was a true hero today, at the time I went in it was only her. She took care of the line with excellence, making every experience custom. There were also online orders coming in and she handled those with such speed I have never seen before. I felt so special going there, I have never had such a pleasant experience before. I will go again just for Nicole.
