Our first time at Jimmy Hula's! We weren't sure how it worked...you order at the counter and they bring your food. The staff were super friendly. Charles was so personable, helpful and friendly. The food was excellent! We had the tacos! Killer, Kingston and taco of the month! All "do again" tacos. And....a beautiful view of the river ? We'll be back.

The atmosphere is fun, upbeat, open air restaurant and patio on the water. Beautiful day!Service was good and helpful.Sweet potato fries were great! I also got a bowl of some sort with beef and rice and a sauce and it wasn't that good. Plain with little flavor. My friends seemed to enjoy the food they ordered. Zucchini fries were pretty limp. Will go back to try their tacos.Parking: We went on a busy Saturday afternoon and parking lot was full.

Running errands, a feel of hanger was in the air. The original plan was a spot on the fringe of downtown, but nah. The traffic scourge that is my towns biggest issue kept us away.Jimmy’s was on our route, and the better half mentioned it. Perfect we’ve been curious since day one 1.The front lot was empty, gives the feel of the place isn’t open. The back lot was pretty full, ok! Open!There’s a nice view of the San Sebastián River from the back, the tide was out.The restaurant has a large covered outdoor space, the bar opens to it, the view is perfect.The inside is fairly large, airy and has a nice bar.You order food at the register, pay, and it’s brought to you. The bar is nice, another view of the river. I do have to say, it was a bit uncomfortable, kept looking for the foot rest.A nice array of beer, I went local, naturally. Service was good.The food showed up quick. Man, that’s some full tacos! Yup. I went for two, oof. ? Almost 3. I would have been fine with one. The crispy fish was good as was the steak, standard tacos. Sloppy boy I was, but happy slamming them down.Straight up fries, yea didn’t need those either. lol. Ate them all.Good stop, so much better than a food truck meal, just sayin.

Unfortunately both my son and I ended up with horrible food poisoning from the street tacos. I ended up in the ICU from the level of sickness it caused. People need to realize that food should be handled safely above all other things and one small mistake can send someone into a horrible situation. It was an experience that I didn't think would end up with me being admitted to the hospital. We know it was food poisoning from Jimmy Hula's as it was the only thing both my son and I ate at the time and within 12 to 18 hours of eating it we're both extremely sick with nausea vomiting and a few other symptoms.

Said they never got our door dash order and then made us cancel the order and deal with getting a refund from door dash. Hungry kids and two pissed off door dashers. Awful.
The best chicken burger I have ever had. Aloha burger plus truffle parm fries. Staff friendly and inviting, will for sure be going again.

A slight wait between ordering and receiving our food, but worth it. Awesome variety of tacos. Queso was yummy. Kids had chicken tenders and grilled cheese, all with a side of mac n cheese, and all said it was delicious. The old school game emulator was super fun for the kids. While we were eating, we were offered refills 3x. We were too full for dessert, but the options looked great!Kid-friendliness: Old school game emulator was fun. Great kid friendly food options. Outdoor space or a daily noisy indoor space means your kid probably isn’t bugging anyone else. We had a great time.

Had the largest, most filling tacos I’ve ever had. Chips have a sublime lime salt seasoning. Don’t sleep on the burgers and fries tho. Staff was really nice. Outdoor seating. Great experience. (GET THE KINGSTON TACO)
