Loved by this location for 14 years and it NEVER fails to disappoint. The service is absolutely terrible.. the employees are slow and rude. The food has 100% of the time in 14 years been dry and old. Avoid this location!!!!

Got a 3 piece box. Chicken pieces were like mush. There was nothing crispy about it. The meat was hot as hell on the outside, cold and mushy inside
Went for Christmas eve and the service was like no other excellent service, very kind and brought our orders to us! Thank you! Hot food as well even for it not being busy the time we went

Instead of chicken strips, I got original recipe and I asked for no gravy on the mashed potatoes and got gravy...The earlier staff was friendlier and got the orders right...

Went for a 8piece family meal. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes only to be told they didn't have it. What kind of chicken house has no chicken??? Quit going to the store on Hwy 1 due to getting shorted all the time. Filed a complaint online about 2 months ago and still haven't heard anything. KFC DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND IT SHOWS. Gave them 1star because can't give lower.

Classic chicken sandwich combo was excellent. And the 23 dollar fill up meal was on point. KFC does have tasty food. A little in the salty side but it's Fast Food. All in all it was good.
