The Mahi sandwich was not good at all. I would try something else. The shrimp basket was okay. You can't beat this location! We stopped in after doing our water tour. The service was amazing. It has a great view, and you can dine outside.

Food was not good specifically the sushi. Carb legs no, we're not. Good quality. The only thing this place has going for itself is the view. I think they pull the food from directly. The pier that they are bordered on. The captain's platter was good but I was nervous about getting indigestion after eating it and my experience here. Not a place for kids. The drinks were good. Service was very slow and not very thorough about explaining to you about the food options or the taste if kids were ordering certain things. Welcome to the worst seafood place to eat in St. Augustine area. Especially if you are here in Florida for the first time and want to experience a really good seafood place. You will definitely get a good view here, but the food is questionable.

The only thing that knocked this down was the waiters lack of experience on how to pour a beer. You can't fit 14.5 oz in a 12 oz glass so 2.5 oz landed on the floor. Though we are still laughing at it! The chicken picatta was like an orgasm for my mouth....can I say that? Will it get beeped? It was so flavorful. I want more!! I still left the waiter a 20 dollar tip just for the laugh! He was embarrassed ? but we are a fun loving group! No worries! My hubby didn't need that extra 2 oz anyway lol!

This place is a real vibe. Fantastic fish of all sorts. Great service, delightful clientele. They even have sushi and my oldest told me he wished he had ordered more of that. Fish sandwich is proper and not too heavy fried. Other son said the burger was good. They have pink lemonade and proper chicken fingers for the kids. Amazing dinner and they even have a thing called the kingfish taxi out front to take you back to your car when you are done eating. I will be back next time I am in town. Great view of the harbor and tona of boats. Make sure you don't miss this place.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Chicken fingers. Burger. Fish and chips and Alfredo pasta
Amazing facility! The contracted fishermen, and head chef have keen eyes. Great service one night, make reservations and park where you can! The FOH staff on night two weren’t equipped for how many tables they have, some and did not seem to handle stress gracefully.

I really loved our overall experience at The Kingfish Grill today. The food, the service and the weather was just perfect today to dine outside. We’ve been coming here for years, I love the sushi too. Today we had the delicious oysters!! They were so fresh! I had the Mediterranean Salad with grilled shrimp and my husband had a delicious burger with the best coleslaw!Everything was spot on wonderful….
