Used to come here before they changed the name. I ordered the cucumber salad, and was a little disappointed. It seems like the recipe for the dressing has changed. It used to be more ginger but now it just tastes like straight pineapple juice. My dad ordered the chicken and steak hibachi and the steak was cooked perfect, the chicken was done well too. His fried rice was delicious and the veggies were great.Onto my sushi. I ordered a tuna roll, Alaska roll, and a Dragon roll. The dragon roll was so good. But I was so not a fan of the Alaska roll and the tuna roll. The tuna in the tuna roll was warm. I think it may have been the rice being hot that made the whole thing warm, but it made me hesitate to eat warm raw tuna. The Alaska roll was similar. Again, I think it was because the rice was hot when the roll was made, but the fish and veggies inside were warm and the Alaska roll kept falling apart when I was trying to pick it up.I may try again when I come to the area, but maybe just for the cooked sushi and hibachi.

I have never been somewhere so many times & at random times & never been disappointed ! I usually experience dissatisfaction at a restaurant once even if it’s my favorite but NEVER here ! There dynamite rolls are soooooo delicious & taste perfect every time my husband & I order them! It’s almost turned into something we do everytime we come fishing in st Augustine ! Highly recommended

We came here for lunch after shopping at the Outlet Mall. We were the only 2 customers at 1pm. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was excellent. The Sushi Roll lunch is a great value. The Volcano Roll was beautifully presented and delicious.

* Wheelchair accessible. * This place seems to be hit or miss with reviews and we kinda know why.We came here with some friends to eat before heading up the road to the Alligator Farm. When we walked in, it felt awkward because the place had a couple of tables with folks but it was so quiet. Was like entering a library. It was super clean and a small intimate dining space. It does get busy in there. We were impressed with the sushi selection and the service! We mostly ordered sushi rolls. My husband ordered the Pad Thai and friends ordered other chicken and rice dishes. And for our children we ordered a Bento Box. They also have Japanese sodas available to order as well. The sushi was incredible. Each entree, including the sushi lunch special, comes with a small bowl of salad with a citrus dressing and miso soup.My kids ate almost half of my sushi. Whenever I buy sushi, it sometimes ends up in crumbly mess. None of our sushi came apart which was awesome. The bento box was amazing. The shrimp tempura and fried rice bento was excellent. The shrimp were the size of prawns. We think the mixed reviews are do to the other dishes such as Pad Thai. It was a lot of sauce for the amount of noodles and lacked peanutty flavor. When we return we will skip the Pad Thai and stay with the other dishes. The servers and sushi shef were amazing with drink refills and getting our orders out timely and all at the same time. (There were 7 of us.) It is always difficult whenever food is served at different times and there are kids in our party so that was really nice.We will definitely be back.Parking: There is more parking at the bbq restaurant nextdoor if there is no place to park at this establishment. There is cut through to access sushi. ^^

Didn't take any pictures but everything was really good! We got the spicy Tuna rolls, yellowtail roll, and the avocado/cucumber roll. The service and atmosphere was great. The prices were reasonable as well for the basic rolls.

Although I would have liked to have more a niece in my drunken noodles, the whole thing turned out to be quite nice. Be pieces of octopus I received were thick and delicious. If I'm in town again I'd love to stop by.

Did not need reservations to dine at 4pm on a Friday. Two of us ordered pad Thai, one ordered curry. The entrées came with clear soup and ginger salad. The soup was delicious, very flavorful. The salad was surprisingly good, crisp greens with a ginger dressing. We ordered crab rolls to munch on while we waited for our entrées. So, so good! Absolutely delicious. However our entrées fell flat. The pad Thai was not the savory, peanutty taste we were accustomed to. We tried steak Thai and seafood Thai. The steak was over cooked and tasteless. The seafood Thai was a huge disappointment. Shrimp overcooked but edible. Scallops were merely 1 or 2 sea scallops sliced thinly but cooked with no seasoning and tasteless. The calamari were so overcooked as to be inedible. The one I tried was rubbery and chewy and had a wierd seafood funky taste. Terrible. Will not be going back here. The sushi was delicious but entrées were terrible. Also, the server, who was a young woman with a sullen attitude, wearing stained yoga pants and a wrinkled sweatshirt, never checked on us or offered refills of water and iced tea. Very unprofessional. I will be telling friends to not go here unless you just want sushi.
