This was a few days ago. Experience was so bad it's still on my mind. My wife put the order in and sent me to go pick it up. Order was paid for in advance and was twenty-five dollars. The employee said I could not claim my food even with receipt in hand.. even the manager refused to help me and argued. (He's the tall black man that works there) I did not have time to buy food so went home empty handed and my daughter was upset without her nuggets. money was refunded few days later after calling corporate.

Ordered burgers and fries in a combo. Asked for the small combo but they gave the medium and charged for it too. Then the looked at me like it was my fault they screwed up.

Terrible service from the takeout line. The person handing the food and drinks acted like he couldn’t be bothered - even when I asked for the drink and fries he failed to give me. This was after he handed me a drink backwards (literally did not turn around), and then again acted bothered when I had to ask for a straw. If you’re going to act like a jerk, at least be a competent one.
