Actually, it has a name: No Name Bar. Reminds me of the Cave Without A Name in Texas.

We enjoyed the view and location here while having a few drinks with friends on a Monday late afternoon in March. There was plenty of seating when we got there, but our friends said it had been very busy earlier in the day. I wish the weather was better, but we still enjoyed seeing the fort across the street and people watching.

It's just a bar that has open doors and it's a bunch of college kids and bartenders that don't care. They are very rude and just want your money but if you can manage to get a drink then the place is okay. Listen to music and just sit and talk with your friends and it's a beautiful view of the fort
Cheap but nothing special
