I ordered online, picked up and took home.We chose the 12 ounce potato salad. The container was 1/2 filled, so I weighed the entire container and it weighed 6.5 ounces (??).I ordered 2 of the roast beef dips, 1 with extra meat, american cheese, onions and mushrooms. The other one with provolone and onions. I received 2 plain with provolone cheese-nothing extra.MAIN ISSUE: I call the store to point out the issues, and all he can do is apologize. AND...he says that is the only side potato salad they sell. Mind you, I chose the more expensive larger size. They offered nothing in return, not even a coupon for the future.The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is honestly the roast beef tasted good.

Great subs but, no pastrami!!...made an on-line order but they didn't seem to read my notes to not make them right away but closer to noon, when we got there just before noon the subs were not as hot as I would've prefer.

I’ve ordered from here 4-5 times recently. The food is delicious, fresh and exactly as ordered. Also delivery is fast and free. A little over an hour ago I ordered on line and accidentally ordered for pick up when I wanted delivery. I called to confirm they had my order, they indeed did have it - ready for pick up exactly as I mistakenly ordered it online. Just taking a shot in the dark I asked if it could be delivered. I’m thinking there is no way way they would be able to do this for me because it was spur of the moment and it was definitely my error. I was wrong they were more then happy to deliver it to me. It came as all the other orders fresh delicious and quick. Thank you old city subs 2 you made my life soooooo much easier
