Pretty bad experience, we ordered their new calzone stuffed crust pizza. The pizza was not cooked all the way through and very doughy. We had to put it in the oven. I called up there to let the manager know to give her an opportunity to make it right, and she didn’t offer to do anything to make our experience better at all. She didn’t seem to care much at all actually.

We went in to get some parmesean chicken papa bites, but my mom called them the wrong thing, and when we got out to the car we had chicken bites. So mom sent me back in to buy an order of the right thing, but the gentleman working the remade the order for free despite it being our fault for the incorrect order. Great guy, and we'll definitely be coming back for more. Specially since it is so close to home.

MY FAVORITE PIZZA IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!! Everything is made with real ingredients and and make all kinds of pizza and ingredients and sizes shapes and plus the employees are amazing wonderful so kind and unbelievable so sweet kind and respectful and so everything is made fast and great with delivery! It is so good and I could come back 24/7 and it is amazing and so fresh and delicious and plus they have most unique ideas and for pizza and snacks and appetizers and fresh and the place is clean and sanitary and organized and absolutely well done and seriously give all the employees all a raise and extra tips they all deserve it come with everyone breakfast Lunch dinner and midnight snack and it is so special and the greatest and I am telling you it is best and you not be disappointed and once you have that first bit of any kind of pizza you love you be madly in love and addicted to it come 7 days a week and make sure you give them lots of tips money and they all deserve it and feel appreciated it.From Lauren

We placed an online order for 5 pm pizza and asked for non-spicy chicken. The order was delayed by an hour. There was no way to get through on the phone, the courier immediately brought only pizza without chicken and wanted to deceive me, I started telling him where the chicken was? he waved his hand at me that I didn’t know anything, but I insisted and he returned the chicken with a bad look at me. the chicken was spicy. I won't order food here again

Last two orders here have given my family serious digestive problems and make us sick. Something is wrong with the ingredients and/or food safety here. Past few times I have come in for take out the place looks destroyed and not clean. Employees don’t wear aprons and have flour, food, sauce all over their t shirts and look disheveled. Please get your employees some aprons and have a sanitation refresher course to teach proper food handling and sanitation.

Absolutely the worst place. Twice got the order 20 mins late. Continually forgets the garlic sauce. Got the order completely wrong. Guess you need to double check their work. Never going back here.

called 3 times and each one got progressively worse so many excuses to not serve me first both my cards apparently declined ans their card machine “didn’t work” and they don’t accept cash and then they said it would take 2 hours to deliver and she said i couldn’t pick it up ether. to be honest i don’t know if she she just didn’t want to work but they should’ve let me know each time no delivery was available. terrible service always

This Papa John's has undoubtedly served up the finest pizza I've enjoyed in recent years, despite my extensive exploration of various pizzerias in both Jacksonville and Saint Augustine. Initially, I decided to experiment with their New York style pizza, curious if it would suit my taste buds. However, what really blew me away was their extraordinary customer service. The staff graciously agreed to remake my order, this time crafting a hand-tossed pizza.Upon returning home and lifting the lid of the box, I was met with what I can only describe as one of the most visually stunning hand-tossed pizzas I've ever laid my eyes on. I felt compelled to capture its magnificence in a photograph, as it deserved more than just a memory. It was the kind of pizza that would typically grace the feeds of Instagram, not your everyday delivery box.Consequently, I was inspired to pen this review, as the exceptional quality of this Papa John's experience surpassed any I've had before. It's clear they are setting a high standard, one that's worthy of recognition and applause.

I ordered a pizza at 10:30pm and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered despite the app saying it was delivered at 11:01pm. I also have sceen shots where the app said delivery was going to be at 2:30am. I called the store to verify that delivery was on target and I was told no problem delivery was on schedule for 11pm. That was an hour ago. Still have not received my order. They're closed now. No pizza. 0 stars

Papa Johns and Doritos recently collaborated to create a new sauce called the "COOL ranch sauce" . Disclaimer I am not a huge fan of the cool ranch Doritos flavor I found in my wise age I really only enjoy the purple bag. Speaking of the sauce, I find as I eat more I tend to enjoy it less. It tastes like buffalo and ranch sauce mixed. It's not bad but I wouldn't say I enjoyed it either. I could see how some people would like this though.
