I usually don't write reviews, but I am for this pizza hut employee I'm assuming a manager didn't get her name but she was nice well dressed composed.. we ordered family plan it was hot and fresh. The store was clean. Back to the lady that help us by taking care of us I watch her take care of customers and pulling stock from the cooler in the back she is a smaller woman but she is strong. I commented to my husband how strong she was and efficient she was running this pizza hut. You have a great employee.Parking: Plenty of space

However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed, marking a noticeable decline in the quality I had come to expect.I ordered a pizza through the user-friendly app and was initially pleased by the swift delivery time of less than 20 minutes. Yet, this was where the positives ended. The pizza arrived cold, suggesting it was not freshly prepared for my order. The box was in a sorry state - crushed and damp, which was quite off-putting.Moreover, there was a mix-up with the crust. I specifically ordered a pan crust, but received a hand-tossed one instead. This wouldn’t have been as big an issue if the crust had at least lived up to the standards of the past. Regrettably, it was a far cry from the crust I used to crave. The texture was spongy, more akin to bland bread than the flavorful, crispy crust I remembered.This experience has made me question the consistency of Pizza Hut’s quality. It’s disheartening to witness such a decline in a brand I once held in high regard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would love to see Pizza Hut return to its former glory. For now, I am left with a sense of disappointment and the likelihood of exploring other options for my pizza cravings.

The first time I ordered was not the best, it was at a time they were short staff and needed help. I was understanding but to a point when I realized my food was not right or at pair.I will say that corporate did care with my review and picture. Then even ill say the manager was very kind to understand and did make it right that made me feel more valued customer , with satisfaction. Will definitely be my place and store of pizza of choice for ordering because I know they can make their food great and have dedicated for customers service.

I guess there’s just no common decency any longer. The manager and employees do not care about customer service. It makes me skeptical of even eating there because that makes me wonder. Do they care about health, cleanliness and whether or not the food is even cooked. It’s sad that we have to come to expect that from the basic places that we used to enjoy in our younger years, I used to love a pan pizza from Pizza Hut but I guess that is just a memory. Delivery driver never delivered our $90 order. They did not bother to resend it. I offered a refund after we waited two hours so we ordered a pizza from mellow mushroom which I have to say. At least we had a healthier dinner.

An actual honest review:I think everyone on here just has a vendetta against Pizza Hut but I've gone here three times so far and here's my summary.It's a fast food chain pizza place, if you want something "fancy" (can pizza even be fancy?) then look into some place downtown. I've ordered twice for delivery, both times it was not only on time, but my order was hot and made correctly. The third time I went in to pick it up and I was immediately greeted. They said they would be just a moment, then I was greeted by a very friendly man who helped me with my order. Again, it was made correctly and looked perfectly fine. I truly don't understand these 1 or 2 star reviews, my orders have all been just fine, and arrived/were made on time. They may get busy or take some extra time on more busy times of the week, however, that's to be expected as they're the only one within several miles of this community. I say keep up the good work employees of this Hut, you've been excellent every time I've ordered!
