Worst seafood meal we’ve had in a long time. The stuffed shrimp was described as loaded with lump crab in a buttery garlic sauce. First off, they came to the table cold and the lump crab was like deviled crab with lots of bread crumb filler, not much crab taste. No butter or garlic taste, looked more like paprika water. The Maui Maui was undercooked, raw in the center. Would not recommend the stuffed shrimp. The baked potato was the smallest potato I’ve ever been served in a restaurant; however, the potato and salad were the best part of the meal. Husband’s French fries were mediocre.

Always fresh and delicious! Dine in or take out. One of the few places where I can find delicious fried scallops. The batter is always clean! The New England clam chowder is loaded with clams and potatoes. My family raves about the fried shrimp. There’s often a crowd, so be sure to arrive early to avoid a long wait.

It started off so well and promising and went downhill from there based off the great reviews we decided to stop in for lunch, not too busy on a Wednesday. Bartender was completely absent and absorbed with the finicky older clients who were nit-picking the menu and their choices to death. Sat there with empty glasses for nearly a half hour waiting for food….watched as other tables who ordered he exact same as us receive their food much faster than we did ?Felt like we were in a retirement community not a seafood bar. Food was meh, heavily breaded & weirdly doughy shrimp and overcooked fried chicken. Water ran for the last half hour we sat there I suppose warming up to clean the bar glasses, concerning at best.
I got the chicken pieces, and the wife got the chicken sandwich. All healthy good pieces of chicken the sandwich was thick as well. We had good service and food. Schooners was recommended by the shuttle driver from the visitor center down the road.

DEEEEEE-SCUSTINThe food was terrible, the water tasted like it had chlorine in it. The server wouldn’t allow any substitutions and denied everything we wanted, like having the crab cakes broiled instead of fried. They would not let us do anything. The key lime pie was so tiny it was like those samples you get at Costco. I would’ve rather eaten at McDonald’s than here. Disappointed.
