This place really was great. We had a huge order for our company Labor Day celebration lunch and they did not let us down. They had everything all packed up neatly. The sandwiches were warm and delicious, and the brisket sandwich was so tender. Baked beans were out of this world!! Fantastic service. Brooke and Cass were the sweetest!!

Brooke was absolutely amazing. The food was wonderful but her service made this experience definitely a notch above the rest. Absolutely adore her!! She even drew on my to go cup! I will definitely remember this visit very fondly♡

The food is average for Sonny's. I do love Sonny's Howe we this was is barley 3 stars. The beef I received was Luke warm. French fries and bread hardly warm. The sweet potato was like mush and didn't taste that well. The thing that bothered me the worse was the dirty and old ceiling!!! Please refer to picture. Dirty/dusty chandeliers, dirty air vents, dirty ceiling tiles. Hot delicious corn nuggets. Please clean!!! Service was good. Thank you.

This is by far the worst tasting food I've had. Their new BBQ bowls are gross. The Velvetta tasting Mac & cheese and dirty rice are horrible. I had 3 bites and left the rest there. Their fried pickles were slightly edible but special sauce was not edible. One of the servers went to the bathroom and walked out without washing her hands. By the time I got out to tell someone, she was grabbing plates off the line to serve. Also we stood for a while to be seated. We had to wait for the next waitress to get a table to seat us in her section while other staff passed us by (no hostess).

Good morning everyone went to visit my mother's family this that weekend the first day we were there we stopped to Sonny's for lunch we went to the walk-up window which is pretty interesting to me because we don't have any of those here where we live at not as I know of I had a turkey sandwich with extra cheese on garlic bread and French fries the sandwich was awesome the french fries was a little dry they didn't taste to be as fresh as I would like but okay I had a sweet tea with no ice and a lemonade with no ice the drinks was not that great not enough tea for myself and not enough lemon flavor but it was drinkable but not the best blessings

When I say I love Sonny's I literally do! I go all the time and always Order a Big Deal Turkey Sandwhich on Garlic Bread with Cheese and a side of Louisiana Ribs Dry Rib....I usually always have something wrong. My cheese is forgotten or my food is always cold. Not yesterday tho. Everything was great and fresh. The young ladies at the take out window were soooo nice and professional.... This was the best Sonnys I have been to in a while...they only forgot to give us some napkins
I had a not so great take out meal today. I went in and let them know that I was unhappy, and Fred and Kristy went out of their way to make me a happy customer. Thanks so much:)

Slow to get a table even though we were the only ones waiting, empty tables were visible, & there was quite a few team members. Service was extremely slow. Watched other tables get up & leave. Didn't care for the loaded tots. Platters ordered were though. Would try it again

Brooke's service was outstanding! Every company should have at least 10 of her lol. She was so pleasant, funny, friendly and had such a positive attitude. She always made sure that we had everything we needed and was always one step ahead. The food was good too. Thank you for such a great experience and also for the adorable drawing of the drawing on my to go cup!
