Philly Cheesesteaks here are delicious with plenty of meat and cheese. The service was quick, and the server was very helpful. South-A-Philly is tucked into the building on the corner, and it's worth searching out.

Great food and atmosphere at this place. Stopped in for a late night meal. Friendly staff, good prices, and great food.
I used to love this place. My last visit will be the last though! The worst cheesteak sandwich ever. Our bill was $40 for 2 sandwiches, a fry and 2 sodas.. Workers were sitting in the dining room watching TV, talking to each other like no customers were there.. Lovely. My sandwich looked like it was hamburger meat.. Nothing like a cheesteak..

Italian Sub was awesome. Cheesesteak had a great taste just a little too salty however. Bread was good. Jalapeño Poppers were good and Fried Mushrooms with the horseradish sauce were good as well. Nice atmosphere kinda away from the hustle and bustle.

I don't know what's changed but for some reason they're putting lettuce and tomatoes on regular Phillies now and that's disgusting.

Yo tell your new hire stop putting tomatoes and lettuce on the philly. My last several orders were that way. It's gross and weird and not the product advertised

If I could give a 10 I would. After being ignored at the A1A upon just arriving after a 3 1/2 hour drive frotlm the West Coast. We decided to walk to get something to eat and someone suggested A1A and we walked in was sent upstairs and was seated right away. Well that's all we got after waiting for 5 to 8 minutes we left and went right to South A Philly. Best Phillies ever awesome onion rings and fried mushrooms. All I know is the 2 young men were super friendly and welcoming and very helpful with some suggestions. Grade A number 1 10 star review for here. Thank You so much.
Great subs and a promise of porkroll before my vacation ends.

Amazing Philly's on great rolls, but I got the Ruben this time.. might be the best Ruben in north Florida. This is next door to A1A aleworks, but guarantee this fits well out any of theirs to shame.Kid-friendliness: Has pinball machinesWheelchair accessibility: Outside ramps

The two guys working were ignorant. Standing at the front to ask a question, waited for him to count his money drawer, totally ignored me for 10 mins, turned around to talk to the cook and finally I spoke up but like not a “hold on ma’am I’ll be right with you” and then had the same attitude towards my bf who just spent like 50$ on apps just to be ignored. Bad customer service for real and I never write reviews like ever
